â â â â â Na primeira consulta fui bem atendida . Mas, precisei que a mĂ©dica analisasse o laudo do meu exame , e me desse a resposta por telefone. Pois , fui informada que a agenda dela sĂł estaria disponĂvel para maio. Eu precisaria da resposta dela, da Dra Albana, para saber se seria necessĂĄrio ou nĂŁo eu fazer o exame da Progesterona. Como estou em tratamento para engravidar, preciso fazer os exames em dias especĂficos para nĂŁo perder o ciclo. E, a resposta que eu tive foi a mĂĄ vontade, a falta de profissionalismo e principalmente de empatia com o prĂłximo em dizer que ela nĂŁo poderia ver esse resultado pelo ZAP sĂł pela consulta, nem se quer falar com ela pelo telefone eu pude, pois a mesma nĂŁo autorizou. Como se eu estivesse pedindo um favor ela analisar um resultado do exame , que eu estive na Consulta com ela esse mĂȘs, nĂŁo fui de graça, mas pelo convĂȘnio ela irĂĄ receber. E ,ainda falou que eu nĂŁo teria pressa para fazer o exame, Ă© muita cara de pau, Ă© tratar o ser humano como se fosse um nada. NĂŁo Ă© ela que estĂĄ em tratamento, que precisa fazer rotina de exames, comprar remĂ©dio.
O veterinĂĄrio da minha cachorra, tem mais profissionalismo e mais cuidado do que essa doutora.

Well, I was informed that her schedule would only be available for May. As I am undergoing treatment to get pregnant, I need to do the exams on specific days so as not to miss the cycle. And, the answer I had was the ill will, the lack of professionalism and mainly of empathy with others in saying that she could not see this result through ZAP just by consultation, nor if she wants to talk to her on the phone, I could, because it did not authorize. As if I was asking her for a favor to analyze an exam result, which I was at the Consultation with her this month, I was not free, but under the agreement she will receive. And, he also said that I would not be in a hurry to take the exam, it is very hard to face, it is treating the human being as if it were nothing. It is not she who is undergoing treatment, who needs to do routine exams, buy medicine.
My dog's veterinarian has more professionalism and more care than this doctor.

Liguei para central para agendar uma colocaçao de Diu, no teleatendimento informei que jå tinha feito todos os exames com minha médica e estava com encaminhamento para colocar o Diu.
Me passaram que mesmo assim precisava passar pela médica ginecologista par solicitar a compra do Diu e pediram para levar o documento que minha médica passara.
EntĂŁo no dia da consulta fiquei mais de 1h esperando ser atendida para a mĂ©dica recusar meu encaminhamento e solicitar todos meus exames feitos para vĂȘ se era possĂvel solicitar a compra do Diu.
Resumindo perdi meu tempo, passei por 2 atendimentos mal prestado com informaçÔes erradas ate chegar a médica, e não adiantou nada.
PĂ©ssima experiĂȘncia, nunca mais volto, descaso total coma paciente.

I called the central to schedule an IUD placement, in the call center I informed that I had already done all the exams with my doctor and I was referred to have the IUD placed.
They told me that I still needed to go to the gynecologist to request the purchase of Diu and they asked me to take the document that my doctor had given me.
So, on the day of the consultation, I spent more than 1 hour waiting to be seen for the doctor to refuse my referral and request all my exams done to see if it was possible to request the purchase of the IUD.
In short, I wasted my time, I went through 2 poorly rendered appointments with wrong information until I got to the doctor, and it didn't help.
Bad experience, I'll never come back, total neglect of a patient.

â â â â â Pessimo atendimento na recepção. Pessoas nĂŁo qualificadas. NĂŁo fui atendida por erro da recepcionista que colocou meu pedido de exame misturado com outras coisas e simplesmente nĂŁo avisou a mĂ©dica que eu jĂĄ tinha chegado. ConclusĂŁo: a mĂ©dica foi embora e nĂŁo tinha NINGUEM na minha frente. NĂŁo recomendo NUNCA!
Poor service at reception. Unqualified people. I was not assisted due to the error of the receptionist who placed my exam order mixed in with other things and simply did not inform the doctor that I had already arrived. Conclusion: the doctor left and there was NO ONE in front of me. I don't recommend it EVER!

Great service, I've been going to the unit for two years and I've always been well attended, sometimes the wait was longer but nothing unusual.

â â â â â O pĂ©ssimo atendimento começa pelo telefone que nĂŁo funciona ou ninguĂ©m atende, eu liguei exatas 35 vezes e ninguĂ©m atendeu. Fui para o whatsapp e a pessoa que atende, nem ao menos se identifica, falei sobre nĂŁo estar conseguindo falar por telefone pois o mesmo sĂł chamava e a pessoa nĂŁo deu a mĂnima importĂąncia. Em nenhum momento ofereceu qualquer ajuda ou solução para que eu conseguisse marcar meu exame. Tentei pelo site, porĂ©m sĂł aparecia a opção de marcar consulta e nĂŁo tinha opção para marcar exames. Resumindo: Atendimento pĂ©ssimo e pelo que vejo nas publicaçÔes aqui, pessoalmente Ă© pior ainda. NĂŁo indico!

I went to whatsapp and the person who answers, doesn't even identify himself, I talked about not being able to talk on the phone because he only called and the person didn't give the slightest importance. At no time did he offer any help or solution for me to schedule my exam. I tried through the website, but only the option to book an appointment appeared and there was no option to book exams. In short: Terrible service and from what I see in the posts here, personally it is even worse. I do not recommend!

â â â â â Precisam melhorar muito o atendimento ao cliente. Recepção despreparada. Medica se atrasa na primeira consulta do dia mais de 30 m e ng sabe dela , so que " esta chegando". Dra. Albana chega e nem um pedido de desculpas pelo atraso. Ă INSS isso?
Recepção com cara de descaso como se eu estivesse pedindo um favor para ter uma informacao precisa.
HĂĄ anos atras era atendida por uma medica maravilhosa, que fez meu parto e me acompanhou maravilhosamente bem mas infelizmente saiu da clinica. Fui com a memoria do otimo atendimento dela e me deparo com isso!!
Como fiz o preventivo lĂĄ, marquei novamente com outra medica dia 09/05. ESPERO QUE NĂO ACONTEĂA O MESMO! Senao terei a certeza que a situacao nĂŁo foi pontual.
Sei que a maioria das medicas sao obstetras e pode ocorrer emergencia mas uma posicao ao paciente que esta marcado Ă© o minimo!

Years ago I was attended by a wonderful doctor, who delivered my baby and accompanied me wonderfully but unfortunately left the clinic. I went with the memory of her great service and I come across this!!
As I did the preventive there, I scheduled it again with another doctor on 05/09. I HOPE THE SAME DOESN'T HAPPEN! Otherwise I will be sure that the situation was not punctual.
I know that most doctors are obstetricians and emergencies can occur but a position for the patient who is marked is the minimum!
