Mas fiquei revoltado com a entrega. Não levam pisos e sacos de argamassa até o apartamento. Despejam a mercadoria no portão e o cliente qye se vire. Tive que levar ao elevador e deste ao apto 200 kg de argamassa, 415 kg de revestimento sozinho. E se eu fosse mulher, idoso ou não pudesse carregar peso ou estivesse sem tempo? Péssimo serviço de entrega.
The price is good. The service is good.
But I was disgusted with the delivery. They do not take floors and bags of mortar to the apartment. The goods are dumped at the gate and the customer turns around. I had to take it to the elevator and from there to the fit 200 kg of mortar, 415 kg of coating alone. What if I was a woman, elderly or unable to carry weight or was out of time? Poor delivery service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local tem bastante opções de produtos , preços e qualidade para todos os gostos porém deixam a desejar na entrega comprei um balcão para cozinha meu endereço não é nem a 1km de distancia me cobraram uma taxa de 17 reais pela entrega para deixarem o balcão em baixo do meu prédio... isso pq eu fiquei em casa aguardando a entrega. Sou mulher e estava sozinha resumindo paguei 17 reais pros caras não andarem meio metro e ainda tive que arrumar ajuda para subir com o móvel!
Respondendo a resposta enviada: o prédio não tem essa determinação, todos os MÓVEIS QUE COMPREI ATE HOJE PARA MINHA RESIDÊNCIA foram entregues dentro do meu apartamento !!!
Eu não comprei areia, cimento, ou tijolos para não poder subir !!
Vocês que estão mal habituados a largar as entregas de material de construção em baixo dos prédios, que não é meu caso que comprei um móvel!
The place has a lot of product options, prices and quality for all tastes but they leave something to be desired in the delivery I bought a kitchen counter my address is not even 1 km away they charged me a fee of 17 reais for delivery to leave the counter down from my building... that's because I stayed at home waiting for the delivery. I'm a woman and I was alone in short, I paid 17 reais for the guys not to walk half a meter and I still had to get help to get the furniture up!
Responding to the answer sent: the building does not have this determination, all the FURNITURE I PURCHASED TODAY FOR MY RESIDENCE were delivered inside my apartment !!!
I didn't buy sand, cement, or bricks so I couldn't go up!!
You who are not used to dropping construction material deliveries under buildings, which is not my case, I bought a piece of furniture!
