★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebemos a indicação da Eurodecor porém infelizmente at;e o momento tivemos um péssimo atendimento, tanto por parte do vendedor que nos atendeu como pela responsável pelo atendimento. Estamos desde novembro em contato quando fechamos o serviço na black friday e só tivemos atrasos tanto na visita técnica do aplicador como no início do serviço. As informações que recebemos são desencontradas, as datas não são cumpridas, tanto o vendedor como a responsável pelo atendimento não estão atendendo o telefone. Pior experiência que já tivemos até o momento foram pagas 2 parcelas e até o momento não iniciaram o serviço.
Unfortunately, we received a recommendation from Eurodecor, and at the moment we had a very bad service, both from the seller who served us and the person in charge of the service. We have been in contact since November when we closed the service on black friday and we only had delays both in the technical visit of the applicator and in the beginning of the service. The information we receive is mismatched, the dates are not met, both the seller and the person in charge are not answering the phone. Worst experience we have had so far, 2 installments have been paid and so far they have not started the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ apliquei na minha casa e em geral ficou bom... mas longe de excelente. a empresa vendeu o produto e terceirizou a instalação. surgiram algumas trincas e descolamentos após a instalação que poderiam ter sido evitadas com uma vistoria técnica minuciosa no pré-obra e instruções pós-obra, o que não ocorreu. Ou seja, o produto é bom e a empresa soube vender ele muito bem, mas não dominou o processo de instalação para garantir a boa aplicação do mesmo. Não recomendo a cera deles pois é caríssima (não deixem eles empurrarem ela na compra da resina), existem ceras melhores e mais baratas no mercado (os próprios instaladores terceirizados podem recomendar).
I applied it in my house and in general it was good... but far from excellent. the company sold the product and outsourced the installation. there were some cracks and detachments after installation that could have been avoided with a thorough technical inspection in the pre-construction and post-construction instructions, which did not occur. In other words, the product is good and the company knew how to sell it very well, but it did not master the installation process to ensure its good application. I don't recommend their wax because it's very expensive (don't let them push it when buying the resin), there are better and cheaper waxes on the market (the third-party installers themselves can recommend).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrada este é meu sentimento com a empresa EURODECOR. Após poucos meses de ter colocado cimento queimado no piso da varanda e sala (que são nivelados e fazem parte de um ambiente único) começou a apresentar rachaduras bem expressivas na varanda. Em visita técnica o vendedor e engenheiro informaram que a única solução seria fazer uma "maquiagem" (inclusive não alertaram que o resultado seria tão insatisfatório) ou quebrar novamente o contra piso, pois foi o contra piso que provocou as rachaduras. Optei pela "maquiagem" cfe fotos abaixo, pois resido no local e não poderia passar por obra pesada novamente. Falo "frustração", pois no reparo que foi feito, o técnico informou que jamais poderiam ter colocado o cimento queimado tão logo após a obra, pois o prédio sofre movimentação, mudança de temperatura, etc...e isto é fato que aconteceria. Em nenhum momento fui informada sobre este risco e jamais teria tido este gasto "bem expressivo" se soubesse disto. Pois, no momento da venda e visita técnica antes de fechar a compra, tudo era possível e ficaria lindo.
Frustrated this is my feeling with the EURODECOR company. After a few months of having placed burnt cement on the floor of the balcony and living room (which are leveled and form part of a single environment) it began to show very expressive cracks on the balcony. In a technical visit, the seller and engineer informed that the only solution would be to do a "makeup" (they didn't even warn that the result would be so unsatisfactory) or break the subfloor again, because it was the subfloor that caused the cracks. I opted for the "makeup" in the photos below, as I live in the place and couldn't go through heavy work again. I say "frustration", because in the repair that was made, the technician informed that they could never have placed the burnt cement so soon after the work, because the building undergoes movement, temperature change, etc... and this is a fact that would happen. At no time was I informed about this risk and I would never have had this "very expressive" expense if I had known about it. Because, at the time of sale and technical visit before closing the purchase, everything was possible and it would be beautiful.
