Além disso, na última vez tentei tirar uma dúvida com a dona sobre um procedimento e recebi uma resposta grossa.
I went to the store 3 times and I never saw any employee or owner / owner wearing a protective mask.
Also, the last time I tried to ask the owner a question about a procedure and got a rude response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda vez que visito não indico eles são terceirizados da Porto Seguro, mas pela segunda vez que fiz um agendamento (troca do vidro parabrisa queriam que o carro ficasse das 09:00 // 16:00 disseram que era pra secar a cola um absurdo 7 hrs..quando outras autorizadas são apenas 4 hs...a obs..quando cheguei na loja hora indicada do agendamento já tinha pelo menos três carros trocando vidros.. então quer dizer não adianta agendar eles tem pouco espaço e faltam funcionários...!!!
Second time I visit I don't recommend they are outsourced by Porto Seguro, but for the second time I made an appointment (change of windshield glass they wanted the car to stay from 09:00 // 16:00 they said it was to dry the glue an absurd 7 hrs..when other authorized ones are only 4 hs..obs..when I arrived at the store at the indicated time of the appointment, there were already at least three cars changing windows.. so that means there is no point in scheduling they have little space and lack of employees.. .!!!
