★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento para orçamentos, principalmente via WhatsApp. Tratam o cliente como um fantasma e o deixam falando sozinho, apenas para saber se fazem uma fórmula. Perguntei por mais de 24h e todas as outras farmácias me responderam prontamente. Parabéns, center fórmula!!! Você estão exemplo em atendimento!!! Mesmo não tendo uma resposta pronta, O MÍNIMO é informar o cliente que estão providenciando e assim que possível irão responder é não deixa lo esperando sem saber o que está acontecendo. Empresa péssima!!!
Worst service for budgets, mainly via WhatsApp. They treat the customer like a ghost and leave him talking to himself, just to see if they make a formula. I asked for more than 24 hours and all other pharmacies answered me promptly. Congratulations, center formula !!! You are example in attendance !!! Even if you do not have a ready answer, the MINIMUM is to inform the customer that they are providing and as soon as possible they will respond and do not leave them waiting without knowing what is happening. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento no balcão razoável. Mas o atendimento pelo whatsApp péssimo, o cliente manda mensagem e não tem retorno. Visualizam e não respondem. Em meio a pandemia sem movimento não há retorno . Precisa pessoas treinadas e que façam um bom atendimento, Caso contrário, favor cancelar essa ferramenta, não está adiantando pra nada, Falta gestor nessa empresa. Telefone fixo desde 9h30 chama e ninguem atende.

Um dia depois, a única resposta que obtive foi "Produto pronto.", na intenção de me dizerem que o produto não pode ser manipulado. Completamente grosseira a forma como tratam os clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desculpem mas achei um absurdo cobrarem R$ 47,00 por 100 gramas de sal sem iodo, perfazendo R$ 470,00 o quilo. Quando questionei falaram que poderiam cobrar R$ 78,00 o quilo, achei razoável, mas parece que esse preço é pra todo o quilo, por que esse acréscimo para porções menores? Não houve nenhum esforço para justificativa e solução. Obrigada. Regina
Sorry but I thought it was absurd to charge R $ 47.00 for 100 grams of salt without iodine, totaling R $ 470.00 per kilo. Conversei com eles por quase uma semana e nao consegui pedir um remedio!
