★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por What'sApp demorado, "impessoal", ninguém responde e, assim, ficamos no vácuo sem saber o que fazer. Hoje, às 12:01 horas entrei em contato por telefone e, em seguida encaminhei a receita conforme orientação da pessoa que me atendeu e nada, são 18:24 horas. Desculpem, mas isso para mim soa como "descaso" e já é suficiente pra eu perder a confiança. Vou procurar outra farmácia que saiba trabalhar de fato com o público.
Service through What'sApp takes a long time, "impersonal", no one answers and, thus, we are left in a vacuum not knowing what to do. Today, at 12:01 pm I got in touch by phone and then forwarded the prescription as instructed by the person who attended me and nothing, it's 6:24 pm. Sorry, but that sounds like "neglect" to me and it's enough for me to lose confidence. I'm going to find another pharmacy that knows how to actually work with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdi meu tempo e locomoção. Enviei uma foto da receita original que recebi da médica Dr Ana Regina Godoy CRM 163452 do Instituto Jardins pelo whatsapp para orçamento nesta farmácia. Nos 3 dias subsequentes ao orçamento recebi msgs da farmácia para comparecer e efetivar a compra. Quando fui até lá...Me foi negada a compra. Alegando que a assinatura da médica não era verdadeira e que eu estava com copias da receita original, além de não conhecerem um dos produtos da fórmula. Oi???? Recebi em mãos a receita da médica. Averiguem melhor a forma como tratar seu clientes....não é de se admirar que o mais barato as vezes dá mais trabalho.
I wasted my time and transportation. I sent a photo of the original recipe I received from the doctor Dr Ana Regina Godoy CRM 163452 from Instituto Jardins by whatsapp for a quote at this pharmacy. In the 3 days following the quote I received messages from the pharmacy to attend and make the purchase. When I went there...I was denied the purchase. Claiming that the doctor's signature was not true and that I had copies of the original prescription, in addition to not knowing one of the products in the formula. Hi???? I received the doctor's prescription in hand. Find out better how you treat your customers....it's no wonder that the cheapest sometimes takes more work.
