No ato da assinatura da promessa de compra e venda, um de seus diretores sugeriu que a entrega das chaves fosse realizada quando assinássemos o contrato de financiamento com o banco, com a promessa que em no máximo duas semanas o recurso da venda seria disponibilizado para minha conta. O contrato com o banco foi assinado em novembro de 2021 e até hoje, 06/01/2022, não estou com o recurso. O cartório de Ipojuca, que é problemático, já informou que só em fevereiro fará o registro do contrato. A imobiliária, sabendo que o cartório iria demorar todo esse tempo (depois os próprios corretores da imobiliária afirmaram que este cartório é lento), fez-me colocar esta cláusula em contrato só pensando em receber sua comissão. Ainda sugeri que 50% da comissão fosse paga só ao final do processo, mas eles recusaram (claro que recusaram, eles sabiam que ia demorar) e prometeram suporte até o final da negociação. Suporte este que não existiu. Estou aqui a sete meses (a promessa de compra e venda foi assinada em julho de 2021) sem receber o recurso e desde novembro sem as chaves do imóvel. Vou procurar outros meios formais para fazer essa denúncia, mas fica aqui o registro para que outros não caiam em promessas falsas dessa imobiliária.
I made a sale of a property in Porto de Galinhas with this real estate agency. Upon signing the promise of purchase and sale, one of its directors suggested that the delivery of the keys be carried out when we signed the financing agreement with the bank, with the promise that in a maximum of two weeks the sale proceeds would be made available to my account. The contract with the bank was signed in November 2021 and until today, 01/06/2022, I do not have the resource. The Ipojuca registry, which is problematic, has already informed that it will only register the contract in February. The realtor, knowing that the notary would take all this time (later the real estate agents themselves stated that this notary is slow), made me put this clause in the contract just thinking about receiving their commission. I even suggested that 50% of the commission be paid only at the end of the process, but they refused (of course they refused, they knew it would take time) and promised support until the end of the negotiation. This support did not exist. I've been here for seven months (the purchase and sale pledge was signed in July 2021) without receiving the appeal and since November without the keys to the property. I'll look for other formal means to make this complaint, but here's the record so that others don't fall into false promises from this real estate company.
