Um animal gigante em todos os aspectos , esta gerente é péssima para uma loja desta ! Amanhã vou ao tacaruna ou guararapes comprar ! Péssima mulher sem traquejo algum , e olha que conheço gente incompetente mas essa é a Jumenta do ano ! Fujam desta loja no Recife shopping até esta gorda sumir da loja .
I have been to the Recife shopping mall now and a disgruntled and uneducated fat woman, claiming to be a manager, hindered the sale of a skates. A giant animal in all aspects, this manager sucks for a store like this! Tomorrow I go to the tacaruna or guararapes to buy! Terrible woman without any skills, and look, I know incompetent people, but this is the donkey of the year! Run away from this store in Recife shopping until this fat woman disappears from the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedores passam informações erradas sobre garantia e assistência de produtos e quando procurado o gerente fala que não procede e que independe da informação passada não se responsabiliza e quem estiver sentindo-se lesado que procurasse o lugar correto para reclamar. Equipe despreparada e gerente desqualificado.
Salespeople give wrong product warranty and service information, and when sought, the manager says he is wrong and regardless of past information, he is not responsible, and anyone who is feeling harmed looks for the right place to complain. Unprepared staff and disqualified manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós atendimento horrivel, comprei o produto com instruções de assistencia constante e em 10 meses , precisei de regulagem .
Os vendedores atenciosos, me recepcionaram muito bem e o gerente foi grosso e informou que não prestavam esse serviço que a assistencia era de apenas 90 dias. Que se eu tivesse achando ruim procurasse outros meios legais de reclamar.
Não recomendo nada dessa loja, não pagaria bem caro em relação ao mesmo produto em outro local se não tivesse a assistência como me informaram.
Gerente grosseiro e sem preparo nenhum para lhe dá com pessoas.
After horrible service, I bought the product with constant assistance instructions and in 10 months, I needed adjustment.
The attentive salesmen welcomed me very well and the manager was rude and informed that they did not provide this service as the assistance was only 90 days. That if I had found it bad I would look for other legal ways to complain.
I do not recommend anything from this store, I would not pay dearly for the same product in another location if I did not have the assistance as I was informed.
Rude and unprepared manager to meet you with people.
