★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de Comunicação! Previsão de entrega do RG atrasa 12 dias, não há nenhum tipo de aviso, você tem que ir lá e perder seu tempo recebendo essa notícia pessoalmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não há comunicação. Telefone ninguém atende. Presencialmente os funcionários são super cordiais, mas o sistema não ajuda nem eles nem a ninguém. Fiz meu RG no final do ano passado já estamos no do mês de fevereiro e não consigo contato para saber onde está meu documento.
There is no communication. Phone no one answers. In person, the employees are super friendly, but the system doesn't help them or anyone else. I made my RG at the end of last year, we are already in the month of February and I can't contact you to find out where my document is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem agendamento, mas é por ordem de chegada. Documentos enviados pelos correios levam meses para chegar e ninguém te dá um rastreio nem uma previsão coerente. Telefone para atendimento nunca é atendido.
There is an appointment, but it's on a first-come, first-served basis. Documents sent by the post office take months to arrive and no one gives you a tracking or a coherent forecast. Phone call is never answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horário de agendamento não cumprido porque profissional em SP solicitou suspensão dos serviços para que ele pudesse registrar as carteiras já feitas, em horário não compatível com a sua atividade. Um desrespeito com o cidadão.
Apesar disso, atendimento excelente de Marcelo Gabriel.
Tem estacionamento pago ao lado.

Atendimento: muito bom e rápido.
Quem for fazer RG não precisa levar 3x4, pq tira foto por lá mesmo. Para adicionar as informações como título de eleitor, CTPS, NIS, tipo sanguíneo precisam de comprovante físico ou digital.
O RG não sai na hora tem que ir buscar 15 a 30 dias depois.

Whoever is going to make an RG doesn't need to take a 3x4, because they take a picture there. To add information such as voter registration, CTPS, NIS, blood type, you need physical or digital proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após conseguir o agendamento no site do itep, que agora também melhorou, abre toda sexta as 8h da manhã pra agendar pra semana seguinte. Chegando lá eles pedem o comprovante de vacinação para entrar, é super rápido pra fazer a identidade. A foto é tirada na hora e agora pode colocar vários documentos na identidade além da biometria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel, fui renovar minha identidade em fevereiro de 2022, fiz todo o processo, agendei, fui na data e horario marcado pelo sistema, passei 3 horas esperando, e fui informado que o documento estaria disponivel com 30 dias. Sexta feira, dia 20/05/2022 as 16:10h cheguei na central do cidadão do alecrim na esperança de receber o documento e fui informa na recepção que o documento é entregue ate as 15:00h, realmente nao tinha nenhum funcionário do órgão no setor, alias só tinha algumas pessoas na recepção para passar informação. Palhaçada!!!!! O pior e que sabemos que realmento os órgãos públicos funcionam dessa forma, nenhum respeito pelo contribuiente e ainda somos intimidados a nao desacatar nenhume servidor, sei que não tenho direito algum de desacatar ninguem, mais e impossivel ficar calado com o descaso de alguns servidores do estado.

Friday, 05/20/2022 at 16:10h I arrived at the central of the citizen of alecrim in the hope of receiving the document and I was informed at the reception that the document is delivered until 15:00h, there really was no official from the agency in the sector, alias there were only a few people at the reception to pass on information. joke!!!!! The worst thing is that we know that public bodies really work that way, no respect for the taxpayer and we are still intimidated not to disrespect any server, I know that I have no right to disrespect anyone, but it is impossible to remain silent with the neglect of some servers of the state.
