Uma loja que vai além de simplesmente atender e, de fato, encanta. A equipe de entrega também é muito atenciosa e realizaram o serviço em tempo até menor do acordado. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei cedo, ninguém atendeu, provavelmente fora do horário de funcionamento... entretanto para minha surpresa recebi uma ligação da Simone falando que tinham recebido minha ligação e ela estava retornando. Fui muito bem atendida, com várias opções de qualidade e custo/ benefício. Fui até a loja, não que precisasse, pois poderia fazer tudo por telefone.... pagar qdo recebesse... e ao chegar experimentei o colchão, comprei e consegui a entrega para o mesmo dia, pois estava com viagem marcada. Só tenho elogios para a loja e vendedora!
I called early, no one answered, probably outside opening hours... however to my surprise I received a call from Simone saying that they had received my call and she was returning. I was very well attended, with several options of quality and cost/benefit. I went to the store, not that I needed to, because I could do everything over the phone.... pay when I got it... and when I arrived, I tried the mattress, bought it and got the delivery for the same day, as I had a trip scheduled. I have nothing but praise for the store and seller!

Differentiated and technical service on mattresses. We were very comfortable at the Coqueiral store and very satisfied with the purchase. The Charlote mattress from the Simmons line is simply incredible. We bought the beautiful box box, pillow top, and the hotel bed. Thank you Jean and Simone. Success to all of you.
