★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é pequeno, e como fui no horário de pico, o uso das esteiras foi bem disputado. Mas o que realmente não gostei no lugar, foi o atendimento. Estava viajando, então paguei a diária, e ninguém veio me orientar ou apresentar os aparelhos disponíveis para o uso.
The place is small, and as I went during peak hours, the use of treadmills was well disputed. But what I really didn't like about the place was the service. I was traveling, so I paid the daily rate, and nobody came to guide me or present the devices available for use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, primeiro porque nem gente na recepção tem pra atender, segundo porque quem trabalha na academia ainda sofre de falta de bom senso, pois vê a pessoa plantada do lado de fora esperando atendimento, e uma hora depois vai ver o que a pessoa quer. Fora que se você faz o seu pagamento no cartão de débito, que é o mesmo que ser a vista, eles ainda empurram em você 03,00R$ de taxa da máquina, como se fosse obrigação nossa. É obrigação do dono da máquina arcar com essas taxas, e não repassá-las para os alunos. Melhorem ou fechem de vez, a smart fit fica logo do lado se não perceberam ainda!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura da academia é muito boa,ótimos profissionais,tanto a recepção quanto os professores.o único problema é que grande parte dos alunos homens não usam a máscara de forma correta(ou no queixo direto,desde que entram até irem embora ou simplesmente nem de máscara estão) e como se isso não fosse suficiente ainda tem os que tiram o tênis e malham deixando o ambiente fedendo a chulé.
