★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculo o atendimento, trocaram de nome era sentido único, as máquinas são velhas, engancham ao ponto de ter me machucado. Um abuso ao consumidor para fazer o cancelamento. A pior experiência que já tive em uma academia. E não se enganem só fizeram trocar o nome de sentido único para the house. Horrível a gestão e como tratam o cliente.
I ridiculed the service, they changed their names, it was one way, the machines are old, they hook to the point of having hurt me. Consumer abuse to cancel. The worst experience I've ever had in a gym. And make no mistake, they only changed the one-way name for the house. Horrible management and how they treat the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia do pagamento, guarde muito bem seu recibo para não sofrer constrangimento. Tive muita vergonha na saída. A recepcionista me abordou na frente de mais duas pessoas que iam saíndo para me cobrar, sendo que eu não estava devendo. Não me pediu desculpas, apenas justificou que a pessoa que recebeu o mesmo, não havia atualizado no sistema. Acho que não tenho sorte com essa academia. Duas vezes me lesionei pois as anilhas soltaram do alteres. Me lesionei até no banheiro, eles puseram o armário na entrada, quando estava guardado minha mochila, o rapaz abril a porta com muita força e bateu em minha cabeça, fiquei preocupado e resolvi não malhar esse dia. Outras pessoas também relataram que ter passado por isso no banheiro!
Obs: Não adianta reclamar, você vai passar por cliente chato e fica tudo certinho!

He didn't apologize to me, he just explained that the person who received it had not updated the system. I don't think I have any luck with this gym. Twice I got injured because the washers came off the dumbbell. I even got injured in the bathroom, they put the locker in the entrance, when my backpack was stored, the boy opened the door very hard and hit my head, I was worried and decided not to work out that day. Other people have also reported having experienced this in the bathroom!
Note: It's no use complaining, you'll pass for a boring customer and everything will be fine!
