★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei 02 alteres de 3k por telefone e confirmei por Whatsapp com Clever no dia 08/04/2020.
Marcou de me entregar no outro dia (09/04).
E no final do dia ele confirmou que estava na rota para ser entregue.
No dia 10/04 (sexta-feira da paixão) me mandou um áudio para saber se eu podia receber neste dia. E em respeito à religião eu disse que preferia que me entregasse no sábado.
Desde então não recebi até hoje e já cobrei vários dias e o mesmo promete que vai me entregar e não entrega.
Hoje dia 20/04/20 liguei novamente e ele simplesmente me disse que vendeu o meu pedido e que eu teria que esperar chegar.
Uma falta de respeito com o cliente!!!
I ordered 02 3k changes by phone and confirmed by Whatsapp with Clever on 04/08/2020.
He scheduled to deliver me the other day (09/04).
And at the end of the day he confirmed that he was en route to be delivered.
On 10/04 (Friday of passion) he sent me an audio to see if I could receive this day. And out of respect for religion, I said that I would prefer that you give it to me on Saturday.
Since then I have not received it until today and I have already covered several days and it promises that it will deliver and not deliver.
Today 04/20/20 I called again and he simply told me that he sold my order and that I would have to wait.
A lack of respect with the customer !!!
