★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente o telefone não atende...Mas também não precisaria, não sabem nada sobre o posto, nem horário de vacina, por exemplo o horário do posto 09:00 as 17hs..param para o almoço? aí já é informação demais, sou vou conseguir saber se eu for até lá....O imposto jogado fora....
The phone doesn't really answer ... But you wouldn't need it either, they don't know anything about the clinic, nor the vaccination schedule, for example the clinic hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médico extremamente rude, pedi encaminhamento para ginecologia e ele disse que não haveria essa possibilidade... Pedi depois para psiquiatria e, de maneira bem rude, ele disse que é só para casos extremos sem nem perguntar sobre o meu caso.
No geral, pessoal bem sem educação, parece que estão fazendo um favor em nos atender... Pagamos por isso e temos direito. Estou com pedras grandes nos rins e ele não me encaminhou para o urologista, tenho pedras desde os 3 anos idade e um histórico de infecções renais, portanto preciso de acompanhamento com o nefro, mas tudo o que ele fez foi pedir um hemograma.
Extremely rude doctor, I asked for referral to gynecology and he said there would be no such possibility ... I then asked for psychiatry and quite rudely he said that it is only for extreme cases without even asking about my case.
In general, very uneducated people, they seem to be doing us a favor ... We pay for it and we have a right. I have large kidney stones and he did not refer me to the urologist, I have stones since I was 3 years old and have a history of kidney infections, so I need follow up with the nephro, but all he did was ask for a blood count.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. As atendentes não tem educação todas grossas, faz cara feia pra gente. Elas estão lá pra trabalhar e atender com educação. Mais do que a obrigação. Ficam conversando uma com as outras colegas e parece que nem estamos lá pedindo atendimento.
Terrible attendance. The attendants are not polite, they make an ugly face at us. They are there to work and provide polite service. More than the obligation. They are talking to each other, colleagues and it seems that we are not even there asking for assistance.

Horrible post, horrible service from Keyla. Unwillingness for everything. I've been going for over a month trying to make an appointment with a general practitioner to get an exam order and I never manage to make an appointment. An absurd, neglect, we are humiliated and treated like garbage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista parece que está lá só pra falar quem tem alguém na porta.. pessoal passa ZERO informação, fui na hora do almoço para a triagem e fiquei esperando 1h para me falarem que agendaram minha consulta as 14h30. Ou seja, fiquei esperando durante uma hora pra uma coisa que é pra ser resolvida em estantes.. um SIMPLES AGENDAMENTO. Lugar PÉSSIMO com funcionários que não estão NEM AI enfim...
Receptionist seems to be there just to talk to whoever has someone at the door... people give ZERO information, I went at lunchtime for screening and waited 1 hour to tell me that they scheduled my appointment at 2:30 pm. In other words, I was waiting for an hour for something to be resolved on shelves... a SIMPLE SCHEDULE. A TERRIBLE place with employees who aren't even AI anyway...
