Tive problemas e quando isso acontece, normalmente é uma grande dor de cabeça. Ledo engano quando a Loja Central Fogões me respondeu prontamente, sem nem perguntar porque, nem como, nem onde. A primeira pergunta foi: "Podemos trocar por outro produto?". Quando vi o produto, era um de qualidade muito superior, nem me questionaram sobre valores, reaver, cobrir diferenças, etc...só queriam que eu ficasse satisfeito. Minha total admiração a esse tipo de loja! Com lojas assim, quero comprar sempre, valorizar esse tipo de atendimento que só vemos em lojas que respeitam o consumidor, não economizam esforços para manter um cliente satisfeito, dar o valor necessário para isso e saber que das próximas vezes que eu comprar, vou comprar de olhos fechados. É o que todos os clientes aqui deviam fazer. Completamente confiáveis e com total segurança de ter produtos de primeira qualidade e não ter dores de cabeça. Atendimento digno de lojas como Apple é a comparação que consigo fazer, isso com valores bem menores. Comprem e comprem muito. Eles são merecedores desse mérito. PARABÉNS A VCS PELO ATENDIMENTO E PRESTEZA.
