★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui avaliada pelo "atendente" assim que entrei. Eram antes das cinco da tarde, quinta-feira. Ao entrar e cumprimentar o mesmo, este mal respondeu se preocupando em avaliar-me seja lá por qualquer razão; já que me olhou primeiro nos pés e foi subindo até começar a contestar minha solicitação sem ouvir minha real necessidade: uma mangueira flexível para gás de cozinha. Foi logo dizendo que não tinha pra gás encanado...Ao que respondi que não estavámos nos comunicando muito bem. E que iria procurar outro atendente. Ele fez ar de pouco caso...Pois, era o único no local. Então, fui embora pesquisando em lojas vizinhas concorrentes; onde pude realizar satisfatoriamente minha compra.
Portanto, atenção qdo forem a essa loja. Verifiquem se é uma postura isolada ou habitual do atendimento dessa loja.
I was evaluated by the "attendant" as soon as I entered. It was before five in the afternoon, Thursday. Upon entering and greeting the same, this evil replied bothering to evaluate me be there for any reason; since he looked at my feet first and went up to start answering my request without hearing my real need: a flexible hose for cooking gas. It was soon said that it did not have the gas piped ... To which I replied that we were not communicating very well. And that he would find another attendant. He made a little case ... Well, he was the only one in the place. So I went off researching in competing neighboring stores; where I was able to fulfill my purchase satisfactorily.
So be careful when you go to this store. Check if it is an isolated or habitual posture of the care of this store.
