★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais volto a esse lugar!!!pelo amor de Deus nunca achei que uma clinica da familia seria melhor do que essa Cav.alem de lotado vc é obrigado a chegar muito cedo para garantir atendimento,pois não tem hora marcada e sim ordem de chegada.imagine que cheguei as 7:30 com um bebê,e já era a segunda criança para atendimento apartir das 9 hs .vi muitos idosos aguardando por horas.Fala Sério!!!!!NUNCA MAIS!!!!!!!!
I will never go back to this place !!! For the love of God, I never thought that a family clinic would be better than this one. arrival.imagine that I arrived at 7:30 am with a baby, and was already the second child to attend from 9 am .vi many elderly people waiting for hours.Still Seriously !!!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, tudo de ruim no que diz respeito à marcação de consulta e a realização da mesma. Confirmam a consulta para um horário, quando, na verdade, este horário é para fazer ficha! O paciente aguarda quase 2 horas para ser atendido. Falta de respeito!

Quanto a demora no atendimento, até nos melhores hospitais ela existe. Quero elogiar a Dra. Vera Ginecologista, Dra. Catia Ortopedista e Dra. Cristina Endocrinologista. Foram as que me atenderam, por sinal muito competentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente é um dos piores lugares onde alguém pode procurar consulta médica ambulatorial. Os médicos não comparecem, os atendentes da recepção são extremamente mal preparados, a aparência do lugar é suja, os agendamentos simplesmente desaparecem do sistema e a confusão decorrente do atendimento por ordem de chegada é altamente estressante .
Honestly it is one of the worst places where someone can seek outpatient medical consultation. Doctors do not show up, the front desk attendants are extremely poorly prepared, the appearance of the place is dirty, the appointments simply disappear from the system and the confusion resulting from the first-come-first service is highly stressful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que o memorial assumiu a direção deste centro ambulatorial ficou horrível. Pasmem pois minhas duas últimas consultas nesse local na quinta feira passada e na terça-feira 18/12/2018 houve confusão entre pacientes na quinta quase saindo briga e na terça bate boca intenso entre paciente e atendente. Os atendentes são ótimos, médicos excelentes, mas a direção e péssima e sem qualidade nenhuma em administração. Simplesmente horrível. Nem no UPA eu vi tamanha desorganização e nunca vi briga.
After the memorial took over this outpatient center it was horrible. It's amazing because my last two appointments at this place last Thursday and on Tuesday 12/18/2018 there was confusion between patients on Thursday almost breaking out and on Tuesday there was intense chatter between patient and attendant. The attendants are great, doctors excellent, but the direction is terrible and without any quality in administration. Simply horrible. Not even at the UPA did I see such disorganization and never saw a fight.

Acontece que cheguei às 13:00 conforme fora recomendado e às 17:25, na minha vez de se atendida, um funcionário chegou com a esposa e simplesmente ela passou a frente de todos que esperavaml, total de 11 pessoas contando comigo. Ele não se deu nem o trabalho de antes de entrar se justificar. Uma total falta de respeito. Entendo que ela poderia estar passando mal, mas para isso tem o atendimento de emergência no prédio ao lado!
Finalmente às 17:48 entrei, fui atendida e saí ás 18horas. Qual a minha surpresa quando ao passar no prédio da emergência para pegar uma informação, a mesma estava lá!
Enfim, Brasil dos abusos, dos absurdos, do jeitinho, das mamatas e etc...
