★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oi me chamo Maria moro aqui na serra de Bragança , meu esposo é quem usa aparelho , fomos no centro Auditivo Viva , e lá fomos muito bem tratados pelo fonoaudoliólogo, e por todos que trabalham lá... eu recomendo a todos que querem e precisam de um bom atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparelhos de péssima qualidade, gastei R$ 7 mil reais e não durou o tempo da garantia, por 2 anos foi varias vezes pro conserto . Da ultima vez (hoje) por reclamar de um custo de mais R$ 500 reias do qual não autorizei o conserto . Fui chamada de filha da p. e me mandaram enviar os R 500,00 pelo técnico. Como se isso não bastasse a atendente me jogou um telefone de fio na minha cara . Nunca pisem neste local . Nunca fui tão insultada por uma empresa.
Devices of very poor quality, I spent R $ 7 thousand reais and did not last the warranty time, for 2 years it was several times for repair. Last time (today) for complaining about a cost of more than R $ 500, which I did not authorize the repair. I was called the daughter of p. and they had me send the R 500.00 by the technician.
