â â â â â Boa tarde !! Sou portadora de deficiĂȘncia auditiva, usando aparelho hĂĄ aproximadamente 15 anos. O primeira aparelho que usei foi o de vcs, Ă©poca em que funcionava perto do Campo de SĂŁo Bento, aqui em IcaraĂ. Posteriormente perdi o contato e passei a usar aparelho da Telex. Em 2014 passei em um shopping (IcaraĂ) e me deparei com a Widex, entrei e apĂłs consulta e solicitação de audiometria acabei adquirindo o aparelho. Infelizmente nĂŁo consegui ,atĂ© hoje acertar, comprei o melhor aparelho, por sinal carĂssimo, pago assiduamente e estou insatisfeitĂssima, continuando usando o antigo TELEX. Solicito um posicionamento de vocĂȘs, com o referĂȘncia ao aparelho, que segundo a moça que atende (Cristiane) Ă© considerado o melhor. Ouço tudo e nĂŁo entendo nada. Sou advogada e trabalho com audiĂȘncia e preciso de um bom entendimento. Obrigada!!
Good afternoon !! I have a hearing impairment, using a hearing aid for about 15 years. The first device I used was that of you, when it was working near Campo de SĂŁo Bento, here in IcaraĂ. Later I lost touch and switched to a Telex phone. In 2014 I spent in a mall (IcaraĂ) and came across Widex, entered and after consultation and request for audiometry I ended up buying the device. Unfortunately I could not get it right, I bought the best device, by the way, dearly paid and I am very dissatisfied, still using the old TELEX. I request a position from you, with reference to the device, which according to the girl who serves (Cristiane) is considered the best. I hear everything and understand nothing. I'm a lawyer and I work with an audience and I need a good understanding. Thanks!!
