Logo de cara sem avaliar me deu o preço de R$298,00 fora as peças. Eu fui até outro mecânico que me lembrei e em 5 minutos resolveu meu problema que era só uma inversão de mangueira. Não quis nem cobrar.
Pessoal é muito sério isso, não se trata de você ter muito ou pouco dinheiro pra arrumar seu veículo, tão pouco se é novo ou mais velhinho, se trata de atendimento humanizado, sem picaretagem ou estrelismo.
Esta loja mecânica é um péssimo exemplo de atendimento. Não estou falando de gabaritagem porque meu problema sequer foi inspecionado.
Não recomendo, não volto e avalio muito mal por todo o tratamento que me foi dado.
Bad experience. I was waiting for the mechanic Márcio for 1 hour to arrive and he is very rude. Do not greet you and leave asking what you want! Extremely disappointed. Right away without evaluating it gave me the price of R$298.00 excluding the pieces. I went to another mechanic who remembered and in 5 minutes solved my problem, which was just a hose reversal. I didn't even want to charge.
People are very serious about this, it's not about having a lot or little money to fix your vehicle, neither if it's new or older, it's about humanized service, without piquearagem or stardom.
This mechanic shop is a bad example of service. I'm not talking about feedback because my problem hasn't even been inspected.
I don't recommend it, I don't come back and I evaluate it very badly for all the treatment I was given.
