★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava vindo de uma experiência ruim com outro mecânico que já frequentava um tempo, mas não concordei com o diagnóstico que ele havia me dado.
Meu carro é um Ford Ka e ele apresetava barrulho, engasgava e estava com um comportamento muito diferente do rotineiro. Meu mecânico havia me dito que era gasolina ruim, e que o barrulho era assim mesmo e que precisava ir ver com outra pessoa o alternador porque isso não era da alçada dele.
Ok, foi ai que conversando com amigos e familiares me indicaram essa ofina "Centro Automotivo M M Caxiense".
Fui ontem, dia 30/04/22 e quando cheguei um funcionário foi logo me dando atenção, perguntou os problemas, fizemos alguns testes e deixei o carro para ele colocar no elevador e averiguar com calma.
Depois de algumas horas me enviou um zap me explicando que a polia do alternador havia quebrado e me chamou para ir ver pessoalmente. Fui lá, eles me apresentaram o problema e dei um OK para comprar uma polia nova (R$195) e a mão de obra (R$230).
No outro dia me avisaram por zap, fui lá ver como ficou o carro. Quando cheguei eu disse para ligar o carro, para minha surpresa o carro estava ligado, kkkkkkkkkkkkkk. Nem consegui perceber que o carro estava ligado, super silencioso, sem nenhum barulho. Havia colocado a mão no capu do carro para ver que de fato estava ligado, kkkkkkkkkkkk.
Paguei e fui dar uma volta para avaliar melhor.
Finalizando, o carro está perfeito, não engasga mais, não trava, silêncio, perfeito. Cheguei a perguntar que tinha a suspeita de gasolna ruim no tanque e eles me haviam dito que qualquer problema era só ir lá para limpar, mas é preciso gastar a gasolina ruim primeiro.
Eles disseram também que lavam o carro e vários outros serviços. Eu virei cliente, agora só levo lá. ;-)

It was coming from a bad experience with another mechanic I had been attending for a while, but I didn't agree with the diagnosis he had given me.
My car is a Ford Ka and it was noisy, it was choking and its behavior was very different from the routine. My mechanic had told me that it was bad gas, and that the noise was just like that and that I needed to go see the alternator with someone else because that was not his responsibility.
Ok, that's when talking to friends and family I was told this workshop "Centro Automotivo M M Caxiense".
I went yesterday, 04/30/22 and when I arrived an employee was immediately giving me attention, asked about the problems, we did some tests and left the car for him to put it in the elevator and find out calmly.
After a few hours he sent me a zap explaining that the alternator pulley had broken and called me to go see it in person. I went there, they showed me the problem and I gave an OK to buy a new pulley (R$195) and the labor (R$230).
The other day they told me by zap, I went there to see how the car was. When I arrived I said to start the car, to my surprise the car was on, lol. I couldn't even notice that the car was on, super silent, without any noise. I had put my hand on the hood of the car to see that it was actually on, lol.
I paid and went for a walk to get a better look.
Finally, the car is perfect, it doesn't choke anymore, it doesn't brake, silence, perfect. I even asked that I suspected bad gas in the tank and they had told me that any problem just go there to clean it, but you have to use up the bad gas first.
They also said they wash the car and various other services. I became a customer, now I just take it there. ;-)
I highly recommend.
