Levei meu carro para arrumarem um pequeno vazamento de óleo, e ele voltou com vazamento de agua. Voltei pela segunda vez para trocarem uma mangueira onde encontraram um furo. Depois de trocado, o vazamento de agua continuo e pediram para trocar outra peça relacionado a mesma mangueira.
No meu ponto de vista, tudo isso poderia ter sido verificado e resolvido na primeira vez. A impressão que deu é que não fizerem nem os testes básicos depois do reparo. Quando levei na segunda vez para mostrar o vazamento de agua, me disseram que era só um aperto na mangueira. Fizerem o aperto ali na mesma hora, foi então que pedi para aplicaram a bomba de pressão para ver se o vazamento tinha parado. Só dai viram que continuava e precisava trocar outra peça. Isso poderia ter sido feito antes sem eu pedir.
Bom, o conserto de um vazamento de oleo que custou R$ 200 reais acabou virando R$ 900. Muito bizarro.
It was good. I drove my cars there for 10 years. The last service provided was disheartening.
I took my car to fix a small oil leak, and it came back with a water leak. I came back a second time to exchange a hose where they found a hole. After changing, the water leak continues and they asked to change another part related to the same hose.
In my view, all of this could have been verified and resolved the first time. The impression he gave is that they didn't even do the basic tests after the repair. When I took it the second time to show the water leak, I was told it was just a tightening of the hose. They made the squeeze there at the same time, that's when I asked to apply the pressure pump to see if the leak had stopped. Only then did they see that it continued and needed to change another piece. This could have been done before without me asking.
Well, the repair of an oil leak that cost R $ 200 reais turned out to be R $ 900. Very bizarre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssimo a experiência com essa oficina , meu carro foi para essa oficina 3 vezes e não resolveram o problema , me cobraram muito caro pelo mal serviço realizado e ainda tive que levar para outra oficina onde o problema foi resolvido no mesmo dia !
It was terrible to experience this workshop, my car went to this workshop 3 times and they did not solve the problem, charged me dearly for the poor service performed and still had to take it to another workshop where the problem was solved the same day!
