Fizeram pedido de peça para a seguradora e não colocaram não meu carro, simplesmente roubaram a peça que era minha pra usar em outro carro ( isso foi dito pelo próprio funcionário da oficina ) disseram que iriam fazer o pedido da peça novamente pra colocar no meu veículo. Se passaram 9 meses e até hj não recebi. Muito descaso com cliente. Não recomendo a NINGUÉM essa oficina.
Worst workshop experience I've ever had! They ordered a part from the insurance company and didn't put my car, they simply stole the part that was mine to use in another car (this was said by the workshop employee) they said they would order the part again to put it in my vehicle . It's been 9 months and until today I haven't received it. Too much customer neglect. I do not recommend this workshop to ANYONE.

O problema que o carro tinha era simples, pelo que pesquisei na internet, porém sou Publicitário e não Mecânico. A tampa da bomba de combustível estava com a vedação gasta e não dando aperto mais e o cheiro de gasolina dentro do carro estava insuportável pois tinha vazado no último abastecimento.
Me entregaram o carro extremamente limpo, sem cheiro de gasolina e com o problema resolvido. Preço: lavagem 35 reais + mão de obra e peça 100 reais.

The problem that the car had was simple, from what I researched on the internet, but I am an Advertiser and not a Mechanic. The fuel pump cover was worn and no longer tightening and the smell of gasoline inside the car was unbearable because it had leaked in the last refueling.
The car was delivered to me extremely clean, without the smell of gasoline and with the problem solved. Price: wash 35 reais + labor and order 100 reais.
