O técnico veio até a minha residência, avaliou a lava-louças e fez o orçamento. Depois que aceitei ele veio buscou a máquina, consertou e devolveu em menos de uma semana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra empresa proximo das 12:00 e me falaram que viriam fazer um orçamento. Liguei as 15:30 e confirmaram que fariam a visita. As 17:30 liguei novamente e me falaram que não poderiam vir fazer o orçamento hoje.
I called the company around 12:00 and they told me they would come in for a quote. I called at 15:30 and they confirmed that they would make the visit. At 17:30 I called again and they told me that they could not come to make the budget today.
