★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui trocar pastilha de freio, depois de desmontado foi avisado que a peça estava chegando. Demorou 40 minutos do tempo que cheguei até finalizar( é muito tempo para trocar uma pastilha de freio) . Foi a primeira vez que fui nesse centro automotivo, essa foi a minha experiência, sugiro que melhorem,os detalhes fazem toda a diferença. ( Quanto aos funcionários atendimento dentro da normalidade educados.
 I went to change the brake pad, after dismantling, I was told that the part was coming. It took 40 minutes from the time I got to the finish (it's a long time to change a brake pad) . It was the first time I went to this automotive center, this was my experience, I suggest you improve, the details make all the difference. (As for polite service staff within the normal range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima experiencia, troquei os 4 pneus do meu carro, fiz alinhamento e eu estava com problema no escapamento, o mecanico resolveu o problema do escapamento soldando e nem cobrou nada a mais, super educados e honestos sempre.
Great experience, I changed the 4 tires of my car, made an alignment and I had a problem with the exhaust, the mechanic solved the problem with the exhaust by welding it and didn't even charge anything more, always super polite and honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Lotado e demora no atendimento (sábado). Depois de aproximadamente 3 horas foi realizado o serviço (troca de 2 pneus + balanceamento e alinhamento). Fora que começam a encontrar problemas como folga na caixa de direção mas eu não aceitei este serviço. E o pior ainda estava por vir, somente depois de chegar em casa, percebi que foi colado pneus com medida diferente do negociado (comprado 185/60 R15 colocado 185/"65" R15). Tentei por várias vezes entrar em contato pelo telefone mas foi impossível, tive que ir na loja outro sábado. Mais 2 horas esperando para corrigirem o problema (colocar os pneus corretos).
Bad experience. Crowded and delayed service (Saturday). After approximately 3 hours the service was performed (change of 2 tires + balancing and alignment). Other than that they start to find problems such as play in the steering box but I didn't accept this service. And the worst was yet to come, only after arriving home, I realized that tires with a different size than the one negotiated were glued (bought 185/60 R15, placed 185/"65" R15). I tried several times to get in touch by phone but it was impossible, I had to go to the store another Saturday. Another 2 hours waiting for them to fix the problem (put on the correct tires).
