★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no centro automotivo são lucas em 26/09 sábado para verificar falhas ao acelerar.
O atendente disse que teria que eperar 40 min para trazer o aparelho diagnóstico da outra loja.
Eu optei por esperar, enquanto isto o mecânico foi desmontando o filtro de ar.
Ele puxou com força,sem antes soltar o parafuso, quebrando o suporte do filtro.
Eu ouvi o estralo, mostrei para ele que havia quebrado, e ele ainda disse que era assim mesmo. Insisti me mostrei denovo que ele que havia quebrado.
Aí que ele percebeu e disse que iria consertar "colando" a peça.
Depois de quase 1 hoa e meia de espera é que foi chegar o aparelho.
Ao passar o diagnóstico no veículo, o mesmo mecânico que quebrou o filtro de ar disse que precisaria buscar o equipamento para fazer parte do reparo na outra loja.
Paguei pelo diagnóstico e fui embora.
 I was at the São Lucas Automotive Center on 9/26 Saturday to check for failures when accelerating.
The clerk said he would have to wait 40 min to bring the diagnostic device from the other store.
I chose to wait, while the mechanic was dismantling the air filter.
He pulled hard, without loosening the screw first, breaking the filter holder.
I heard the crack, I showed him that it broke, and he still said it was so. I insisted I showed myself again that he had broken.
Then he realized and said he would fix it by "gluing" the piece.
After almost 1 hour and a half of waiting, the device arrived.
When passing the diagnosis on the vehicle, the same mechanic who broke the air filter said that he would need to get the equipment to be part of the repair at the other store.
I paid for the diagnosis and left.
