★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de falar sobre essa oficina. Primeiramente, ao realizar o serviço, a oficina instalou para-choque errado no meu veículo. Além de demorar na prestação do serviço, instalaram o para-choque errado no meu carro, que na minha opinião foi feito de forma proposital, visto que os lanterneiros me mandaram buscar o carro 17:30 horas da tarde. Qual oficina pede para o cliente buscar o carro no fim da tarde? É aquela velha história do se colar, colou. Apesar do para-choque ter se encaixado, os modelos são bem diferentes. Outro fato lamentável que ocorreu, foi que os lanterneiros da oficina deslocaram 82 km com meu veículo, sem minha permissão. Decorridos mais 2 semanas do erro cometido pela oficina, foi realizada a compra do para-choque certo. E mesmo instalando o para-choque certo, o serviço ficou mal-feito, pois o para-choque foi mal encaixado, pintura malfeita, colocaram parafusos que não eram originais de fábrica, deixaram cola nas portas, além de sujarem o meu carro todo por dentro. É uma oficina que não tem nenhum comprometimento com os clientes.

In addition to taking a long time to provide the service, they installed the wrong bumper in my car, which in my opinion was done on purpose, since the lanterns sent me to pick up the car at 17:30 pm. Which workshop asks the customer to pick up the car in the late afternoon? It's that old story of sticking, glued. Although the bumper has fitted, the models are quite different. Another unfortunate fact that occurred was that the workshop lanterns traveled 82 km with my vehicle, without my permission. After 2 more weeks of the error made by the workshop, the right bumper was purchased. And even installing the right bumper, the service was poorly done, because the bumper was badly fitted, poorly painted, they put screws that were not original from the factory, they left glue on the doors, besides dirtying my car all over inside. It is a workshop that has no commitment to customers.
