★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto sem consultar o preço por confiança no local, mas após consultar em outros depósitos na mesma avenida e na Internet percebi que o valor era o dobro dos outros depósitos e o triplo dos anúncios da Internet. Não recomendo.

Porém da última vez, pedi um serviço de suporte para guarda roupa em um material próprio. Fui atendida pelo Sr. Magalhães dizendo que faria o serviço e que ficaria perfeito. Acreditei no deposito e no serviço que me venderam. Paguei pela peça do suporte e a mão de obra.
Resultado: Me entregaram a peça em outro dia (sendo que eu fui ao depósito buscar), a madeira que eu tinha estava quebrada e um serviço de PÉSSIMA qualidade. Fui reclamar com o Sr. Magalhães, fui tratada SUPER mal. Sr. Magalhães disse que ia colar a madeira e que ia ficar ótimo. Exigi uma nova madeira e tive que ir por diversas vezes ver se estava pronto, pq mais uma vez o depósito não cumpriu com o combinado. Como o próprio Sr. Magalhães disse que esse serviço não fará falta no depósito dele. TOMEM CUIDADO. Acho importante o feedback de clientes como eu assíduos no depósito.
Para mim, depósito estrela NUNCA mais.
I always bought products from the warehouse to put in my house.
But last time, I asked for a support service for wardrobes in my own material. I was answered by Mr. Magalhães saying that I would do the job and that it would be perfect. I believed in the deposit and the service they sold me. I paid for the support part and the labor.
Result: The piece was delivered to me the other day (I went to the warehouse to pick it up), the wood I had was broken and the service was terrible. I went to complain to Mr. Magalhães, I was treated SUPER badly. Mr. Magalhães said he was going to glue the wood and that it would be great. I demanded a new wood and I had to go several times to see if it was ready, because once again the deposit did not comply with the agreement. As Mr. Magalhães himself said that this service will not be missing from his deposit. BE CAREFUL. I think feedback from customers like me who are frequent at the warehouse is important.
For me, depositing stars is NEVER more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse depósito é praticamente uma relíquia do bairro e tudo que previsa encontra lá. Acho que os vendedores são antigos e dão total atenção. Os preços são excelentes é apenas um pouco bagunçado para ser atendido e no final da tudo certo.
This warehouse is practically a relic of the neighborhood and everything you can expect can be found there. I think the sellers are old and give full attention. The prices are excellent, it's just a little messy to be served and in the end everything is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso com o cliente. Diz que abre 8h e fiquei mais de 30 minutos sentado na porta esperando. Parabéns receita certinha para o fracasso. Fico pensando onde está o dono que deixa isso acontecer.
Customer neglect. It says it opens at 8 am and I was more than 30 minutes sitting at the door waiting. Congratulations, a recipe for failure. I wonder where the owner is who lets this happen.
