★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entre o atendimento presencial da Fast e o telefonico da STI, resolvi não deixar meu celular para arrumar e fui na STI.
Melhor coisa que fiz, o atendente do telefone foi simpático e o que me atendeu foi um amorzinho!
Na Fast nem o telefone atenderam, precisei agendar para ver como era, sorte que a STI ta ali pertinho.
Comprei na Fast, mas arrumar meus produtos vou levar sempre na STI
Between Fast's face-to-face service and STI's telephone service, I decided not to leave my cell phone to be fixed and went to STI.
Best thing I did, the phone attendant was friendly and what answered me was a sweetheart!
At Fast, they didn't even answer the phone, I had to make an appointment to see what it was like, luckily STI is close by.
I bought it at Fast, but to fix my products I will always take it to STI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendamento simples e rápido através do app Suporte da Apple. Consegui um agendamento para o mesmo dia e o atendimento presencial foi excelente. O rapaz foi muito educado, calmo, paciente. Gostei tanto que fiz questão de fazer uma avaliação. Levei um iPhone 11 Pro Max para trocar a tela na garantia e AirPods Pro para substituição do fone esquerdo. Ambos produtos foram entregues em menos de 1 semana, muito bem embalados e em perfeito funcionamento.
