Marquei horário de atendimento via whatsapp, gastei meu dinheiro com condução para chegar ao local (no meio da pandemia), e me deparo com isso quando chego "Não reparamos mais Motorola". Não custava nada me alertar antes.

I've been trying to talk on the phone for almost 1 hour and I'm just at the electronic service with a little song saying that I'm number 1 in line and I never answer that because I'm number 1, imagine if it was the 10th lack of respect for the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiseram me enganar mas não conseguiram, estava travado na maçã vieram com a mesma conversa de que teria que trocar o aparelho, “trocar” pagando 2600 sendo que um novo custa 2200, não sei se foi incompetência ou malandragem, falaram que pelo teste deles não tinha jeito, fui no YouTube fiz o que falaram e tô usado meu iPhone normalmente agora, não caiam nessa, não vão nessa loja, vão no YouTube é de graça e eficiente.
They wanted to deceive me but they couldn't, I was stuck in the apple they came with the same conversation that I would have to change the device, "change" paying 2600, with a new one costing 2200, I don't know if it was incompetence or trickery, they said that by their test it didn't there was a way, I went on YouTube, did what they said and I'm using my iPhone normally now, don't fall for it, don't go to this store, go to YouTube, it's free and efficient.

Venho aqui por meu desabafo, dia 05/12/2021 levei um Iphone 11 que estava com problema no áudio, e segundo atendente teria que pagar uma taxa de R$ 70,00 só para verificar o problema, caso seja placa ou troca de peças eles não fazem, somente a troca do mesmo ( valor de R$ 3.169,00 só o aparelho.. ).
Concordei com os termos e logo em seguida fizeram uma série de testes, mostraram que meu aparelho era integro e não tinha peças trocadas ou contato com água. Esse problema poderia ser falha do software e eles poderiam fazer a correção do problema usando um software da Apple.
Foi constado após usar o software da Apple o seguinte problema:
“EQUIPAMENTO COM FALHA DE HARDWARE ( MICROFONE INFERIOR ) PLACA PRINCIPAL”
Fiquei frustado! Pois o valor para troca é quase um novo. Resolvi fazer apenas a retirada do aparelho, e eles não queriam nem lacrar! Mas por fim resolveram lacrar o aparelho.
Pensei em vender mais barato com o laudo identificando o problema, e quando fui fazer os testes, para minha surpresa o FACE ID parou de funcionar! Fui questionar a autorizada e eles falaram “O celular tinha problema na placa, logo iria apresentar outros problemas”.
Levei em uma autorizada achando que iria ter um serviço de excelência, mas pelo contrario! Eles me cobraram por um laudo, mal queriam lacrar novamente o aparelho e ainda danificaram mais meu aparelho, fazendo não funcionar o FACE ID.
Eu sendo consumidor da marca Apple estou realmente decepcionado com esse tipo de serviço prestado por uma autorizada.
Tentei buscar uma forma amigável de resolver o problema, mas pelo que entendi vou ter que procurar meus direitos.

I come here for my outburst, on 12/05/2021 I took an Iphone 11 that had an audio problem, and the second attendant would have to pay a fee of R$ 70.00 just to check the problem, if it is a board or replacement of parts they don't do it, only the replacement (value of R$ 3,169.00 just the device...).
I agreed with the terms and soon after they did a series of tests, they showed that my device was integral and had no exchanged parts or contact with water. This issue could be software failure and they could fix the issue using Apple software.
The following problem was found after using the Apple software:
"EQUIPMENT WITH FAILURE OF HARDWARE (BOTTOM MICROPHONE) MAIN BOARD"
I was frustrated! For the exchange value is almost a new one. I decided to just remove the device, and they didn't even want to seal it! But finally they decided to seal the device.
I thought about selling it cheaper with the report identifying the problem, and when I went to do the tests, to my surprise the FACE ID stopped working! I went to question the authorized company and they said “The cell phone had a problem with the license plate, it would soon have other problems”.
I took it to an authorized company thinking I would have an excellent service, but on the contrary! They charged me for a report, they barely wanted to reseal the device and they further damaged my device, causing the FACE ID to not work.
As a consumer of the Apple brand, I am really disappointed with this type of service provided by an authorized company.
I tried to find a friendly way to solve the problem, but from what I understand I will have to look for my rights.

Como a Apple uma empresa tão séria e competente trabalha com uma autorizada com um nível de prestação de serviços tão ruim. Você leva seu celular funcionando perfeitamente para uma troca de tela, paga muito caro pelo serviço pq não quer ter dor de cabeça e volta com um celular condenado, onde não tem mais o que ser feito, sendo que foi um problema OCASIONADO por eles, e o cliente que tem que pagar!! Absurdoo!!!. Insatisfação total e falta de responsabilidade com o cliente. Me sinto completamente lesada.

How Apple such a serious and competent company works with an authorized one with such a bad level of service. You take your cell phone working perfectly for a screen change, pay a lot for the service because you don't want to have a headache and come back with a condemned cell phone, where there's nothing else to be done, and it was a problem CAUSED by them, and the customer who has to pay!! Absurd!!!. Total dissatisfaction and lack of responsibility towards the customer. I feel completely spoiled.

Levei meu celular, iPhone 11 para reparo, fui informada que teriam que trocar a tela para saber se voltaria funcionar (valor de R$1.500,00). Paguei À VISTA o valor e deixei o celular lá.
Conforme o contrato de prestação de serviços, caso o problema não fosse a tela haveria estorno do valor em até 7 dias úteis. O celular foi retirado da loja dia 14/12/2021 (SEM FUNCIONAR E COM A TELA ANTIGA) e até hoje 29/12/2021 não me estornaram o valor pago.
Sempre que entro em contato informam que irão passar para o financeiro e dizem que o estorno já foi feito, mas até então NADA caiu na minha conta.
Isso se chama ROUBO! O atendimento é péssimo, não sabem explicar o que foi feito e não me devolvem o valor. A Apple deveria repensar em seus representantes! Irei denunciar em todos os canais possíveis.

I took my cell phone, iPhone 11 for repair, I was informed that they would have to change the screen to find out if it would work again (value of R$1,500.00). I paid CASH the amount and left my cell phone there.
According to the service provision contract, if the problem was not the screen, the amount would be reversed within 7 working days. The cell phone was removed from the store on 12/14/2021 (NOT WORKING AND WITH THE OLD SCREEN) and until today 12/29/2021 they have not refunded the amount paid.
Whenever I get in touch, they inform me that they will go to finance and they say that the chargeback has already been made, but so far NOTHING has been in my account.
This is called THEFT! The service is terrible, they don't know how to explain what was done and they don't refund me the amount. Apple should rethink its representatives! I will report it in all possible channels.

Perdi o horário, cheguei 45 min atrasado, tive q esperar mais de 1:30h para ser atendido, enquanto todas as funcionárias foram almoçar e ficou 02, indaguei umas das atendentes sobre meu atendimento e tive a informação que ela não fazia atendimento somente entrega. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. I missed the time, I arrived 45 minutes late, I had to wait more than 1:30h to be served, while all the employees went to lunch and it was 02. TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE.
