Fui PREJUDICADO no meu exame pois o computador que me foi atribuído tinha problemas (microfone), não havia um computador de backup e tive que aguardar horas para este problema ser resolvido. A sala é ruim, fones sem cancelamento de ruído, todos ficam muito perto uns dos outros, imagine 14 pessoas falando de forma intercalada. A ETS não quer nem saber e não devolve o dinheiro ou dá um voucher por esta falha.
Don't risk using this location for your TOEFL exam. I was HARMED in my exam because the computer I was assigned had problems (microphone), there was no backup computer and I had to wait hours for this problem to be resolved. The room is bad, no noise canceling headphones, everyone is very close to each other, imagine 14 people talking intercalated. ETS doesn't care and won't refund the money or give you a voucher for this failure.

Faz 3 meses, que eu estou tentando e não consigo, que o boleto emitido pelo CCBUC possa ser pago pelo financeiro da empresa, onde eu trabalho.
O quê podemos fazer? Como resolver?
A secretaria do Alphaville me indicou o livro, que eu deveria comprar. Mas, estava errado. Comprei os livros de outro nível.
A escola não reflete a mentalidade americana: rapidez, eficiência e eficácia.
