★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio é muito bonito e antigo, mas a exposição é um tanto confusa, não entra em detalhes do que se propõe a falar. Porém vale a pena (é gratuito).
 The building is very beautiful and old, but the exhibition is somewhat confusing, it does not go into the details of what it proposes to talk about. But it's worth it (it's free).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um prédio antigo e lindo que necessita urgentemente de reparo (não concedida verba pelo governo) e com isso, perde não podendo expor em seu espaço total. Ainda assim uma boa visita rápida para quem aprecia arquitetura.
An old and beautiful building that is in urgent need of repair (the government does not grant money) and, as a result, loses and cannot exhibit in its total space. Still a good quick visit for those who appreciate architecture.

Beautiful place. One of the rare examples of Eclectic Architecture, which still remains in Rio de Janeiro today. I recommend the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É ótimo pelo potencial da localização e beleza de sua arquitetura, além de ser um lugar de valor histórico imenso para o Rio de Janeiro. Porém ainda falta ajustar o acesso ao público por parte da administração do local. O horário de abertura inicia-se apenas às 14h, de segunda à sexta. Isso dificulta as pessoas que só podem passear pela manhã ou nos finais de semana. Um outro ponto positivo é que é gratuito.
It is great for the potential of its location and the beauty of its architecture, in addition to being a place of immense historical value for Rio de Janeiro. However, it still remains to adjust public access by the local administration. The opening hours start only at 14h, from Monday to Friday. This makes it difficult for people who can only walk in the morning or on weekends. Another positive point is that it is free.

É administrado pelo TSE.
Nas Eleições de 2018 e 2020, suas instalações foram palco para a realização da Auditoria da Votação Eletrônica.
Historic building, where the TSE was hosted when Rio de Janeiro was the Federal Capital, which today houses the Electoral Justice Museum, with period furniture, documents, urns and historical objects of the evolution of Electoral Justice.
It is administered by the TSE.
In the 2018 and 2020 elections, its facilities were the stage for the Electronic Voting Audit.
