★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei CABELO na comida pela terceira vez. Em vez de me darem voucher ou devolverem o valor da refeição, a dona quis tentar justificar induzindo que o cabelo era de alguém que estava se servindo ou meu, quando na vdd o cabelo estava por DENTRO do empanado.
O estabelecimento não quer resolver o problema ou aceitar que está errado. Simplesmente quis justificar ou empurrar a culpa pra qualquer outra pessoa que não fosse ele.
 I found HAIR in the food for the third time. Instead of giving me a voucher or refunding the value of the meal, the owner wanted to try to justify inducing that the hair belonged to someone who was helping herself or mine, when on the vdd the hair was INSIDE the breaded.
The establishment does not want to solve the problem or accept that it is wrong. He simply wanted to justify or push the blame onto anyone other than him.
