Não teve a mínima competência de pedir se quer um raio x, ou exames laboratorpor teiais, simplesmente prescreveu antialérgico pra minha filha e floratil.
No dia seguinte levamos ao hospital que sempre a levamos em São Paulo, REDE DOR SAO LUIS HOSPITAL DA CRIANÇA, onde prontamente foi solicitado raio x e exame de sangue, minha filha estava saturando 91%, cansada, e adivinha.. com pneumonia.
Está fazendo uso de antibiótico, corticóides e bombinha...
Querido doutor que me afrontou, falando pra eu ir te ensinar medicina, acho que você realmente precisa que alguém te ensine. Estarei entrando com uma denuncia no CRM e ao hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei desde segunda pra marcar endoscopia e fica num passa repassa de setor por telefone. Até que me solicitaram marcar presencialmente, então vim de uma cidade vizinha pra dizerem que não atendem a endoscopia da minha solicitação lá, somente hospitalar. Podiam ter dito isso por telefone, que desgaste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha de 2 anos deu entrada no pronto socorro da pediatria da Unimed uma hora depois de uma queimadura no pé por uma lagarta de fogo. O pé estava inchado e roxo. Foi atendida pelo médico RODRIGO LAUDANO. Não gostei nada do procedimento. Você entra no consultório e não tem uma cadeira para o paciente sentar. O médico não teve a mínima sensibilidade me vendo em pé com uma criança no colo chorando. Fui atendida em pé, enquanto pesquisava na Internet como proceder. Pediu uns exames e prescreveu apenas um anti-inflamatório Aliviun.O pé continuou inchado, sem que conseguisse andar. Levei no dia seguinte na pediatra dela, que prescreveu a medicação correta, entrando com antibiótico e anti-inflamatório indicado para o ferimento. Se dependesse dele minha filha estaria com uma infecção pior que poderia desencadear em algo muito mais grave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda na unidade da Unimed de Feira de Santana, percebo alguns pontos bem significativos, no tratamento do paciente por alguns colaboradores, passei por episódios os quais profissionais se referiu de forma grosseira ao paciente, o mesmo apresentou algumas lesões as quais foram causadas por descuido dos funcionários, devido ao tamanho o paciente lesionou o pé e detalhe, sendo uma pessoa diabética a lesão acaba sendo perigosa.
Depois da saída da UTI e no apartamento algumas pessoas que fazem parte do quadro de técnica não realizam seu trabalho da forma que deveria ser feita e ao perceber outras nota-se a diferença desde o trato para com o paciente quanto ao trabalho prestado.
Depois na enfermaria, percebo a falta de estrutura doa enfermaria onde tem que dividir com 4 pacientes e 4 acompanhantes, onde falta alimentação, pois éalguns tem direito outros não, o ar condicionado não funcionando e depois de horas solicitando um controle aparece a pessoa responsável e simplesmente diz que não tem nada a fazer um absurdo.
Ainda o banheiro com um mau odor, com encanamento escorrendo um líquido fedido e que isala um cheiro forte. E para além disso não há nenhuma política de orientação no que se diz respeito a conviver e dividir o ambiente com os outros usuários.

The bathroom still had a bad odor, with plumbing running a stinky liquid that isolating a strong smell. Furthermore, there is no policy of guidance regarding living and sharing the environment with other users.
