★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz uma cirurgia neste hospital e tive muito sucesso pois depois da cirurgia eu engravidei, meu filho e um menino muito saudável e os médicos daí são muito excelentes para realizar cirurgia se eu precisar de novo vou fazer aí pois me sinto muito bem .porque os médicos e enfermeiros daí tratam o paciente com muito carinho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação ao atendimento no setor onde faz exames de USG de abdômen total e usg da tireóide é excelente! Desde o atendimento da recepção ao atendimento com os médicos me deixou surpreendida! Muito educados e atenciosos. E por se tratar do atendimento pelo SUS nem acreditei. Nem devia me surpreender, pois isso deveria ser rotina em todos os setores públicos! Mas infelizmente não é, por isso a surpresa.
Regarding the service in the sector where you do USG exams of total abdomen and thyroid usg is excellent! From the reception desk to the doctors, I was surprised! Very polite and attentive. And because it is SUS care, I didn't believe it. I shouldn't even be surprised, as this should be routine in all public sectors! But unfortunately it is not, so the surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iniciei um tratamento de quimioterapia em 2016 para leucemia,o hospital não tem suporte nenhum de fornecer um serviço na área de oncologia não tem médicos da área no plantão pra te atender em uma ocorrência, os enfermeiros só vivem com celular na mão eles não se preocupam em usar luvas ou fazer higienização pra lidar com o paciente, a higienização dos leitos principalmente da clinica médica onde mandam os pacientes da oncologia com a imunidade baixao é precária ou quase inexistente, peguei uma infecção devido à negligência de funcionários no manuseio de equipo. Aconselho por experiência própria a quem estiver pensando em fazer um tratamento nesse lugar que procure outro, de preferência que não seja na Bahia. Ali eles só sabem dá a medicação. Não existe nenhum suporte para as intercorrências que acometem o paciente após a medicação. Sai de lá com vida, pela providência divina. Salve Deus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital com cirurgiões muito bons, porém algumas enfermeiras deixa a desejar,pois trata o ser humano com descaso, precisa-se de atendimento elas só aparecem quando bem quer. As enfermarias precisa-se de mais cuidado. Esta um hospital abandonado precisando de uma reforma,deixando a desejar em muitas coisas nas enfermarias.. Não aceita acompanhante para pessoas que tem uma idade menor q 60 anos, e atenção das enfermeiras nao é de acordo ao que exigem.
Tem cirurgias q o paciente nao tem condição de ir ao banheiro sozinhos, e as enfermeiras nao ajudam. Vc tem que contar com a sorte de ter alguém no quarto pra ajudar.
Outra colocação tem um rapaz que fica na portaria ele nao têm conhecimento e nem diálogo para esta recepcionando. Muito arrogante, não te dá atenção devida. A seleção para pessoas recepcionistas deveriam ser avaliado.

Another place has a guy who stays at the reception desk, they have no knowledge and no dialogue for this reception. Very arrogant, it doesn't pay you enough attention. The selection for receptionists should be evaluated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dou graças à Deus pelos serviços públicos, mas, o atendimento é muito demorado no Hospital Dom Pedro. Na secretaria, levamos 70 min para alguém receber documentos, e éramos os únicos no local para tal seção. Simplesmente não havia quem recebesse os documentos. Alegaram reunião. A tal reunião acabou e nos esqueceram na espera. Creio que precisa ser revisto, porque é por essas e outras, que falam mal de serviços públicos. Não tem porque ser assim.
I thank God for the public services, but the service takes a long time at Hospital Dom Pedro. At the secretariat, it took 70 minutes for someone to receive documents, and we were the only ones in the place for that section. There was simply no one to receive the documents. They claimed meeting. That meeting ended and they forgot us in the wait. I believe it needs to be revised, because it is by these and others who speak ill of public services. It doesn't have to be like that.
