★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, péssima organização, muito demorado o processo. Nunca vi um lugar como esse não ter um computador para agilizar o processo, as funcionárias fazem tudo à mão, isso atrasa demais. Fora que conversam muito.

Para agendar um retorno com a médica, precida ir pessoalmente pois não tem sistema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei com o ortopedista. Médico grosseiro, não ouviu o que eu tinha pra dizer, e simplesmente recusou a solicitação do ortopedista/cirurgião anterior que fez o encaminhamento. Se for pra atender igual ele atente até eu consigo. Se o medico esta com problemas na vida pessoal dele, que deixe em casa.

If it's to answer the same, he'll pay attention until I can. If the doctor is having problems in his personal life, let him leave it at home.
