★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, como sempre. Nada se modificou ao longo de dez anos que precisei desta "unidade de saúde". As técnicas de enfermagem (em grande maioria) são grosseiras e não explicam ao paciente qualquer procedimento. Enfermeiras que ficam a ver navios quando questionadas em relação ao cuidado com o paciente, com desculpas: "Vou ver seu prontuário..." ou "Ahhhh, não sei te informar, só com o médico..."
Médicos que visitam o paciente e só mandam aumentar a medicação ou dão alta, mesmo com você sentindo dor.
Não sei, talvez essas coisas tenham acontecido só comigo, mas sempre tem alguém reclamando do serviço desse lugar. Já teve fama muito pior no passado, Caratinga e região sabem disso. Quem depende do SUS fica sem suporte necessário mesmo. Para quem conseguir, os melhores atendimentos via SUS no Vale do Rio Doce são: Hospital Márcio Cunha (Ipatinga) e Hospital e Maternidade Vital Brazil (Timóteo). São outros "planetas".

Enfermeiros entrando no hospital sem mascara, sem igienisar as maos, detalhe que nesse periodo de pandemia nao deveria ser ignorado, detalhe que pode levar a contaminar varias pessoas .
