Tinha uma consulta agendada hj com oftalmo às 9:20h, cheguei lá 8:20h, saí às 10:55h. Muitos idosos esperando tbm. Tá cada vez pior.
Terrible...
I had an appointment scheduled today with an ophthalmologist at 9:20 am, I arrived there at 8:20 am, I left at 10:55 am. Many elderly people waiting too. It's getting worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Várias especialidades e exames, porém muito tempo de espera para ambos. E quando é preciso desmarcar a consulta é impossível por telefone. Estou a dois dias tentando desmarcar uma consulta que não poderei comparecer e não consigo. E com certeza por faltar sem aviso terei problemas para reagendar.
Several specialties and exams, but a lot of waiting time for both. And when you have to cancel the appointment, it's impossible over the phone. I've been trying to cancel an appointment for two days that I won't be able to attend and I can't. And I'm sure I'll have problems rescheduling for missing without warning.
