I spent almost 5 minutes waiting for the attendant to give me information on the phone, while she "laughed" in "loud" conversations on another call. Unfortunate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de consideração com os pacientes, 1 semana aguardando pra fazer ressonância de coluna e nada de chegar a "tal" bobina. Sempre que liga eles informam que a previsão é no outro dia e assim vai se passando os dias, não tem competência pra prestar certos serviços
Lack of consideration for patients, 1 week waiting to do spinal resonance and nothing to get to "such" coil. Whenever you call, they inform you that the forecast is for the next day and so the days go by, they are not competent to provide certain services
