★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito triste, atendimento super desumano, pessoas desatentas e desorganizadas, marcam e falam um horário mais cedo do que o real. Depois atrasa muito mais até que o real. Tive que remarcar. Pedi que marcasse um SÁBADO, esperei meses, e no dia a atendente me disse que já tinha passado minha data, me culpou por ter confirmado por SMS que iria na consulta. Disse que nem tinha sábado disponível no mês (se ela tivesse prestado atenção e dissesse isso no dia que marquei presencialmente eu nem teria esperado tanto). Não volto mais nunca, espero que nem a mãe delas precise de atendimento de suas colegas!
Very sad, super inhuman service, inattentive and disorganized people, make an appointment and speak an earlier time than the real one. Then it is much more delayed than the real one. I had to reschedule. I asked him to schedule a SATURDAY, I waited months, and the day the attendant told me that my date had passed, he blamed me for having confirmed by SMS that he would go to the appointment. She said she didn't even have a Saturday available in the month (if she had paid attention and said it on the day I booked in person, I wouldn't have expected that much). I’m never coming back, I hope that even their mother doesn’t need care from her colleagues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, liguei 3 vezes e a atendente me fez esperar, expliquei-lhe que era para fazer um Eletro, solicitado pelo meu gastro, ela disse que ia verificar as datas e devido a demora eu desliguei. Na quarta ligação outra atendente com a mesma má vontade quando falei que foi requisitado pelo meu gastro, disse que a clínica nada estava fazendo esses exames, depois de explicar que outra funcionária não falou isso, disse sem jeito que a máquina de fora estava quebrada. Ficou claro para mim que eles só querem fazer o exame atrelado a consulta. Não sei se isso é legal, vou confirmar com meu plano, porém acho desonesto e oportunista, infelizmente aqui em Feira ser desonesto é de praxe em todos os setores.
Bad service, I called 3 times and the attendant made me wait, I explained to her that I was going to do an Electro, requested by my gastro, she said she would check the dates and due to the delay I hung up. On the fourth call, another attendant with the same unwillingness when I said it was requested by my gastro, said that the clinic was not doing these tests, after explaining that another employee did not say that, said awkwardly that the machine outside was broken. It was clear to me that they only want to take the exam linked to the consultation. I don't know if this is legal, I'll confirm it with my plan, but I think it's dishonest and opportunistic, unfortunately here in Feira being dishonest is common in all sectors.
