Não tenho nada a não ser muita gratidão pelos Sahaja Yogis e especialmente pela fundadora da Sahaja Yoga Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi!!! ?
I've been practicing for over 15 years! What I can say is that Sahaja Yoga has transformed me and changed my life for the much better. To say more than that would be "spoiler". I have nothing but a lot of gratitude for the Sahaja Yogis and especially for the founder of Sahaja Yoga Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi!!! ?

Pratico a bastante tempo, todos são muito atenciosos e a meditação me ajuda muito. Consigo ter mais controle do meu estado emocional e passei e me conhecer melhor tbm. E ainda é gratuito, vale muito a pena.

I've been practicing for a long time, everyone is very attentive and meditation helps me a lot. I manage to have more control of my emotional state and I went through and got to know myself better too. And it's still free, well worth it.
