★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, solicitei uma entrega as 13h, disseram que seria a primeira entrega às 13:30h, sendo que não leva nem 10 minutos da papelaria até o local de entrega, simplesmente entregaram 1h 30 depois, ligava ninguém atendia e nem respondia WhatsApp e nos com 4 alunos na sala esperando.
Falta de empatia e respeito com o cliente!
Terrible, I requested a delivery at 1 pm, they said it would be the first delivery at 1:30 pm, and it doesn't even take 10 minutes from the stationery store to the delivery place, they simply delivered 1 h 30 later, no one called answered and didn't even respond to WhatsApp and with us 4 students in the room waiting.
Lack of empathy and respect for the customer!
