★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É inadimissível a ordem dada aos manobristas de que os clientes não podem mais estacionar seus próprios carros, em meio a essa pandemia. Pacientes fazendo quimioterapia, com a saúde extemamente fragilizada, correndo um risco desnecessário, ao colocarem estranhos que estão em contato com inúmeras pessoas, dentro dos seus veículos. Uma vergonha e uma desumanidade. Aliás, o serviço terceirizado é caríssimo, ainda mais para ser prestado de forma insegura.
O serviço do Centro Oncológico é muito bom, os profissionais são muito atenciosos e gentis. Algumas vezes há demora, isso precisa melhorar. Mas no geral, é muito bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, pois agendam um horário e com desculpas que a farmácia não prepara os medicamentos do tratamento chega a levar 3 horas aguardando dentro do box. Desrespeito total pelo paciente.

Sangrou muito, precisando de curativo, feito pela acompanhante que estava com ele, não por alguma funcionária de lá. Uma subcutânea, não tinha que ter esse sangramento. e não deixaram a acompanhante entrar com ele na cabine. Pelo que vejo nos comentários, ali é uma roleta russa, se der sorte atendem bem, se não der, reze pra sair ileso. E o preço do plano Unimed, uma fortuna, aumentou de novo antes do fim do ano, obrigado, de nada !

A subcutaneous one, it didn't have to have this bleeding. and they didn't let the companion enter the cabin with him. From what I see in the comments, there is Russian roulette, if you're lucky they'll serve you well, if not, pray to get out unharmed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adianta ter essa estrutura ,se não tem um atendimento devido … marquei as 16 hs é já são 18 hs e não fui atendida.Quando cheguei na recepção a atendente perguntou a sr marcou direto com o médico ?? Eu falei que tinha marcado por telefone.. atendimento péssimo …não tem paciente esperando e ninguém fala nada …..a minha primeira consulta oncológica … sou paciente da Barra , lá é outro atendimento , só que mora aqui e gostaria de ser atendida aqui por ser mas perto ….
It's no use having this structure, if you don't have a proper service… I made an appointment at 4 pm and it's already 6 pm and I wasn't assisted. I said that I had an appointment by phone... terrible service... there are no patients waiting and no one says anything... my first cancer consultation... I am a patient from Barra, there is another service, but I live here and would like to be seen here by be closer ….
