Porém o preço do estacionamento muito caro.
Fiquei menos de 2h, paguei R$ 25,00.
 Great structure and service.

Um pouco distante para quem tem fácil acesso ao Centro de Niterói, mas compensa. Tive péssimas experiências com outras emergências que atendem Unimed em Santa Rosa e e principalmente Fonseca.
Good hospital, several doctors attending. Impeccable structure, cleanliness and organization.
A little distant for those who have easy access to downtown Niterói, but it pays off. I had terrible experiences with other emergencies that attend Unimed in Santa Rosa and especially Fonseca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há anos, vou fazer exames, sempre excelente mas ultimamente, com a mudança também para atendimento emergencial, começou a demorar, os exames, hoje fiquei 1 hora, pra fazer um Rx e so fui atendida, após reclamar!E varias vezes apos fazer um exame em jejum não tem um café pra os pacientes!
I've been taking exams for years, always excellent, but lately, with the change also to emergency care, it started to take a while, the exams, today I stayed 1 hour to do an Rx and I was only assisted, after complaining! And several times after doing one fasting exam does not have a coffee for patients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo hospital, esqueceram de levar os dados do meu filho para sala do médico, percebemos isso pois muitas pessoas que chegaram depois estavam passando na nossa frente, quando perguntamos a atendente ela nos informou que estava sendo feito troca do plantão e meu filho com 40 de febre devería esperar. Depois outra atendente (após a troca de plantão) informou que eles não tinham enviado os dados do meu filho q estava com quase 40 de febre pra sala do médico! Inclusive a médica achou um absurdo essa situação. Após a reclamação feita pra Unimed que tivemos um atendimento adequado. Outra situação é a falta de comunicação com quem está lá na parte de dentro pois não pode mais de uma pessoa acompanhar nem na sala de espera. Deixando o lado de fora do hospital cheio de acompanhantes aglomerados em um espaço não muito grande. Realmente há muito que melhorar nesse hospital, espero futuramente não precisar vir aqui!
Terrible hospital, they forgot to take my son's data to the doctor's room, we realized this because many people who arrived later were passing in front of us, when we asked the attendant she informed us that the shift was being changed and my son was 40 fever should wait. Then another attendant (after changing shifts) informed that they had not sent the data of my son, who had almost 40 fever, to the doctor's room! Even the doctor thought this situation was absurd. After the complaint made to Unimed, we had an adequate service. Another situation is the lack of communication with those inside, as more than one person cannot accompany them, even in the waiting room. Leaving the outside of the hospital full of escorts crowded into a not-too-large space. There really is a lot to improve in this hospital, I hope I don't need to come here in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperava mais do atendimento e também dos profissionais, muito diferente do que estamos acostumados com a Unimed da nossa cidade, precisa melhorar mais a qualidade dos serviços.
I expected more from the service and also from the professionals, very different from what we are used to with Unimed in our city, it needs to improve the quality of services more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital grande, porém vive cheio, demora o atendimento e antigamente tinha estacionamento gratuito. Agora apesar de ainda ser vasto colocaram manobristas (até prefiro que não entrem estranhos no meu carro) e cobram um absurdo para estacionar onde antes era gratuito.
Big hospital, but it's full, it takes a long time and it used to have free parking. Now, despite being still vast, they put valets (I even prefer that strangers don't get in my car) and charge an absurd amount to park where it used to be free.
