★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem se eu quisesse essa UMA estrela expressaria 100% minha indignação com o atendimento dessa clínica.
1° Que custou tempo e dias ligando para conseguir marcar a minha primeira consulta, quando enfim me atenderam era o setor de psiquiatria e nem mesmo expressando minha frustação com as ligações ela não quis me ajudar; Só me passou outro telefone que ninguém me atendia e quando me atendia caia mais que cego em trilha!
2° O mau atendimento das recepcionistas e a falta de informação verdadeira e correta. Quando me atenderam (Thais, o nome da pessoa que me atendeu dessa vez!) me pediu para passar o encaminhamento do médico pelo Whatsapp mas PASMEM, ela me deu o número errado, era o telefone pessoal de um dos médicos. É rir pra não chorar!
Gente, me senti destratado por ser paciente de plano de saúde!!! Gostaria de saber se esse é o serviço que vocês, da área de saúde tratam os seus atuais e futuros paciente?!

1° It took time and days to call me to make an appointment for my first appointment, when they finally attended me it was the psychiatry sector and not even expressing my frustration with the calls, she didn't want to help me; Just passed me another phone that nobody answered me and when I answered I fell more than blind on the trail!
2° Poor service from receptionists and lack of true and correct information. When they answered me (Thais, the name of the person who attended me this time!) she asked me to send the doctor's referral through Whatsapp but PASMEM, she gave me the wrong number, it was the personal phone number of one of the doctors. It's laughing not to cry!
Guys, I felt abused for being a patient with a health plan!!! I would like to know if this is the service that you, in the health area, treat your current and future patients?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim. As atendentes não organizam o ambiente. Tem placa dizendo que é pra acompanhantes ficarem no corredor e ninguém respeita e as atendentes não falam nada. O médico que eu fui começou atrasado e no final a minha consulta ocorreu com 1 hora de atraso.
Bad service. The attendants do not organize the environment. There's a sign saying that escorts are to stay in the hallway and no one respects and the attendants don't say anything. The doctor I went to started late and in the end my appointment was 1 hour late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! Ainda não tinha tido tempo hábil para prestar minha total insatisfação com o serviço prestado pela unidade icarai. Na terça-feira dia 5 eu tinha uma consulta marcada com o psiquiatra às 13:45, como o meu plano é de difícil acesso, na hora da marcação especifiquei qual o seguimento dele e ainda mandei a carteirinha para que fosse verificado se de fato a empresa aceitava o convênio e foi dito que sim! Para a minha infelicidade, quando cheguei no consultório e entreguei os meus documentos, a recepcionista verificou e disse que o Consultorio não aceitava o meu plano e eu não receberia a consulta, apenas no particular! Isso é uma total falta de ética, porque quando eu enviei a documentação não fizeram essa verificação? Perdi dinheiro com o translado, pois não resido em icarai e ainda tive minha expectativas quanto ao tratamento totalmente rechaçadas! Minimamente a empresa deveria ter me reembolsado os gastos do translado! Mas nem isso o fez! Me sinto lesado e indignado com a situação!

I lost money with the transfer, because I don't live in Icarai and I still had my expectations about the treatment totally rejected! At the very least, the company should have reimbursed me for the transfer expenses! But even that didn't! I feel injured and outraged by the situation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente há anos e atualmente há um total descaso. Por 3 vezes tive consulta remarcada pois o profissional saiu da clínica, o último descobri indo pessoalmente, nem me avisaram. Perdi aula hoje para me consultar e quando cheguei lá, descobri o pior cenário possível: o médico havia se atrasado e eles marcaram um paciente a cada 5min sendo que a consulta demora bem mais que isso. O paciente de 10h chegou 10:50 e foi atendido antes de mim que cheguei no meu horário (10:25). Desisti da minha consulta após 40min sem nem assinar a ficha e fui embora sem resolver meu problema. Fico bastante triste com tudo isso, pois desde 2019 me consulto e nos últimos meses há essa sequência de problemas.

I missed class today to get an appointment and when I got there, I discovered the worst possible scenario: the doctor was late and they scheduled a patient every 5 minutes and the appointment takes much longer than that. The 10:00 am patient arrived at 10:50 am and was seen before me when I arrived on time (10:25 am). I gave up my appointment after 40 minutes without even signing the form and left without solving my problem. I am very sad about all this, because I have been consulting since 2019 and in recent months there has been this sequence of problems.
