★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atendem os pacientes no horário, não tem uma dinâmica de atendimento para o acolhimento... ligam várias vezes pra desmarcar e remarcar consultas e avaliações, a recepção não tem comunicação, parece que não atualizam informações no sistema e só sabem que o paciente teve registro por um prontuário impresso. Se a gente liga duas vezes no mesmo dia pra saber a mesma informação, recebemos informação diferente. Uma estrutura ótima, maravilhosa, mas... peca no atendimento e na comunicação.
They never attend patients on time, there is no dynamic service for the reception ... they call several times to cancel and reschedule appointments and evaluations, the reception has no communication, it seems that they do not update information in the system and only know that the patient had registration by a printed medical record. If we call twice on the same day to find out the same information, we receive different information. A great structure, wonderful, but ... sins in service and communication.

Atendente desligou o telefone na minha cara quando eu ainda tinha dúvidas
Será que eles pensam que este serviço é de graça? Nós pagamos impostos caríssimos pra estás pessoas nos atenderem dessa forma?
Vou deixar todas as minhas queixas na ouvidoria desse hospital...

Do they think this service is free? We pay very expensive taxes for these people to serve us that way?
