O meu medico Dr. Fernando Cotta além de médico e fazer um excelente trabalho me tranquilizou foi super profissional, meu deu segurança, o medico auxiliar Dr. Rafael excelente também me tratou muito bem, o medico de plantão Dr. Fernando nossa não tenho palavras pra descrever tanta atenção. O atendimento foi personalizado. Tudo ótimo: limpeza, silêncio, conforto, tudo! Nota dez para Dr. Felipe e enfermeira Jada. E você? Tá esperando o quê? FICA A DICA.
BENEFIT OF PANDEMIA. I had the surgery on 08/04/20, in the middle of a pandemic and I felt privileged. THE CLINIC was empty, there was only me, the on-duty doctor and the nurse. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma cirurgia com o Dr. Fernando e acompanhamento do Anestesista Dr. Claudio, esse último top dos top. Na preparação da cirurgia estava com o desejo e o medo no mesmo grau para realizar o procedimento e estavam caminhando lado a lado no momento. Não me senti bem emocionalmente. Acho que normal. A enfermeira do bloco cirúrgico, que não sei o nome , deve ter na faixa dos 45 aos 50 anos, deveria ter feito a caridade de ficar calada em vez de um tom repreensivo me perguntar porque estava fazendo a cirurgia, já que tinha medo e que deveria pensar duas vezes antes de fazer isso. naquele momento de fragilidade emocional, era a última coisa que gostaria e precisava ouvir. Não era para ter se dirigido comigo daquela forma e não deve falar com ninguém. Ninguém vai a uma cirurgia para ser repreendido. De resto agradeço o carinho de todas as enfermeiras com quem tive contato, desde minha entrada até a saída inclusive a enfermeira Fátima e aos outros funcionários. Infelizmente, existem pessoas despreparadas em todos os locais. Portanto, essa criatura não possui sensibilidade, e, não possui competência humana para confortar e dar serenidade a quem precisa, e, ela deve no mínimo ficar calada, porque é o melhor que ela consegue fazer na vida. Há pessoas que nasceram para lidar com máquinas, outras lidar com bichos e outras estão no trabalho errado.

As enfermeiras iam ao quarto de hora em hora para saber como eu estava me sentindo. Estou apaixonada, Instituto Plástica Dei, superaram minhas expectativas. Obrigada a todos, principalmente ao Dr. Daniel Fagundes (cirurgião) que me ajudou a escolher esse hospital para realização do meu sonho.
I could not find a rude or indifferent employee in this clinic. Everyone treated me with greater affection, respect and dedication. The nurses came to the quarter every hour to see how I was feeling. I'm in love, Instituto Plástica Dei, they exceeded my expectations. Thanks to everyone, especially Dr. Daniel Fagundes (surgeon) who helped me choose this hospital to fulfill my dream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a cirurgia de mamoplastia redutora 15/12/2021, estrutura impecável e atendimento excelente. Até o momento em que precisei da Nota fiscal do procedimento e as atendentes simplesmente vão te enrolando, e chega um momento que viraram é disseram que não é possível emitir nota retroativa, só que vale lembrar que o sistema da prefeitura de emissão de nota permite que tal atitude seja feita, e que a mesma nem deveria estar sendo gerada retroativa uma vez que deve ser emitido no ato do atendimento prestado. Desta forma sigo a 1 semana solicitando a nota fiscal e ainda sem sucesso.
