★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi um lugar que lida com pacientes com diversos problemas, atendentes tão mal educadas, grossas, ironicas e infelizes na profissão que escolheram. Não sabem lidar com pessoas, não sabem ser educadoas,gentis e compreensíveis nem no telefone.
E ainda por cima marcam exames em dias errados fazendo a gente perder tempo em achar conducao p levar nossos idosos a toa lá e ainda ficam bravinhas porque fomos no horário certo que elas marcam errado!
Falta de etica e respeito é o que resume essas “secretarias”.
I have never seen a place that deals with patients with various problems, carers so rude, thick, ironical and unhappy in the profession they have chosen. They can't handle people, they can't be polite, kind and understandable even on the phone.
And to mark exams on the wrong days making us waste time finding driving p take our seniors there and still get angry because we went on time that they mark wrong!
Lack of ethics and respect is what sums up these "secretariats".
