★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta as 18 h com Dr Italo pneumologia para minha mae , idosa 85 anos, chegamos as 17h45 tivermos de esperar ate 18h50 qdo perguntei porque q demora, a atendente disse tinha uma pessoa "meio mal" em consulta..Foi quando saiu uma gordinha muito falante e sorridente da sala do tal doutor..Alem disso tinha mais um senhor esperando na "fila" que entrou e nos foi dito para esperar o tal atendimento dele e depois seria o nosso..Imaginem isso esperar mais uma hora..ou o dos outros seria corrido?..Em nenhum momento foi tido a gentileza de qualquer contrapartida pelo mal causado...Pedi meu dinheiro de volta e fomos embora....
I made an appointment at 6 pm with Dr Italo pneumology for my mother, 85 years old, we arrived at 5:45 pm we had to wait until 6:50 pm when I asked why it takes so long, the attendant said there was a person "kind of bad" in consultation..It was when a very talkative and smiling chubby woman from that doctor's room. In addition, there was another gentleman waiting in the "queue" who came in and we were told to wait for his appointment and then it would be ours ... Imagine that waiting another hour .. or that of the others would be run? .. At no time was the kindness of any compensation for the harm done ... I asked for my money back and we left ...

Meu pai é paciente a muitos anos e sempre teve atendimento humanizado. Recomendo a todos que necessitam de um atendimento médico humanizado e com muito amor. Às vezes sim tem pessoas que precisam de atenção e isso é o que eles oferecem por isso que é uma clínica diferenciada.
