★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maioria dos funcionários são grossos e mal educados, ate para dar um informação. Claro que tem exceções tem uns que se conta no dedo que lhe tratam bem. Mais no geral não é bom atendimento, demora e etc.
Most employees are rude and rude, even to give information. Of course there are exceptions, there are some who tell on the finger that they treat you well. More generally, it is not good service, delay and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela, mas nem isso merecem! Atendimento péssimo, não atendem o telefone que acusa estar eternamente ocupado, isso porque certamente 'tiram do gancho' para dar sinal de ocupado.
I gave one star, but they don't even deserve it! Terrible service, they don't answer the phone that accuses it of being eternally busy, that's because they certainly 'take it off the hook' to give a busy signal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 31/03/2022 tinha a consulta marcada para as 08:30 desde do dia 24/02/2022, para pediatra, quando chego às 08:00, fui informada para uma pessoa que estava aguardando atendimento que a pediatra Adriane não ia atender, aguardei a funcionária aparecer para me informar melhor, mas a mesma muito ríspida quando eu perguntei se a pediatra realmente não ia, falou com grosseria que "NÃO", aí falei então porque vocês não ligaram para avisar, já que pedem o número de contato para informações ela disse que não tinha o porquê de ligar, ela ainda grossa disse que a médica "Não vem" aí perguntei o motivo, ela só disse "Ela não vem" eu disse que tinha entendido mas queria uma justificativa afinal eu merecia, gastei 30,00 de Uber (para alguns quase nada mas pra mim o que tinha afinal era o único dinheiro que eu tinha na hora pra levar minha bebê) porque eu não resido no bairro do Barro e minha bebê tem 5 meses, outra que do meu bairro não tinha ônibus direto, a única opção mesmo era Uber, aí a pessoa ainda é tratada com grosseira. Remarcaram para dia 05/04/2022 mas eu informei que só iria quando eu ligasse e confirmassem a ida de médica pois não iria expor minha bebê de novo e nem muito menos gastar dinheiro de Uber para chegar lá e ser não ser atendida pela pediatra e mal atendida pelas funcionárias, LIGUEI 23 VEZES e ninguém atendeu, como mostra aí nos prints, tinha hora que dava ocupado e outra que ninguém atendia. Enfim uma grande mer...
On 03/31/2022, I had an appointment scheduled for 08:30 since 02/24/2022, for the pediatrician, when I arrive at 08:00, I was informed to a person who was waiting for care that the pediatrician Adriane was not going answer, I waited for the employee to show up to inform me better, but she was very harsh when I asked if the pediatrician really wasn't going, she said rudely that "NO", then I said why didn't you call to let me know, since they ask for the number of contact for information she said there was no reason to call, she still rudely said that the doctor "doesn't come" then I asked the reason, she just said "she doesn't come" i said i understood but wanted a justification after all i deserved it, I spent 30.00 Uber (for some, almost nothing, but for me what I had was the only money I had at the time to take my baby) because I don't live in the Barro neighborhood and my baby is 5 months old, other than my neighborhood didn't have a direct bus, the only option was Uber, then walking ssoa is still treated with rudeness. They rescheduled for 04/05/2022 but I informed them that I would only go when I called and confirmed the doctor's visit because I would not expose my baby again, much less spend Uber money to get there and not be seen by the pediatrician and poorly attended by the employees, I CALLED 23 TIMES and no one answered, as shown in the prints, there were times when it was busy and another when no one answered.
